I love qt. But the problem has escalated with a severe issue with tweekers and homless begging for money or rides or following customers into the store at the Pine and Peoria location. Even them in the store hanging out by the atm or drink station harrassing customers for money. It's become a serious issue. I go almost every day or every other day for icees or snacks. I spend alot of money every week. In general it could be a potential dangerous situation. Yesterday I was followed in the store and the lady had the nerve to redirect her motive by TOUCHING me on my arm saying my tattto is pretty. First mistake. No one has a right to envade my personal bubble and touch me without my permission. Next she begged for a ride. I politely told her I was on my way home in the opposite direction and I was sorry I don't give rides to strangers. Next she begged to "borrow" $10 or 20 bucks for a taxi to get home. I only had enough for my drinks. I politely told her I didn't have extra. She kept on and I walked away. I got my drinks and paid for them. I informed the cashier what happened. She did nothing. I asked for a manager. Nothing. Security was behind the counter looking at the monitor. She didn't even get him. As I was leaving the same lady was hoovering over a guy at the atm. I wdnt back to the counter. I informed them she's begging to a guy at the atm.. Nothing. The security guard was still watching the monitor. She didn't even call him over. I ended up going out a different door because another girl was outside begging as well. She is there everytime I go. Sitting by the door outside pestering for money. Called corporate today. This is a unsafe environment for customers. We all know people get robbed or shot af qt's. Next time they could have a gun or a customer gets fed up by being touched and followed to their car and assult them back. Sad on QT Security for not keeping paying...
Read moreThe most chaotic QT experience of my life! People from the North side always complain why there aren't any nice stores and places here in the north. To that I say, "because you don't take care of it" the culture of the getto is to distroy everything nice and turn it into the dump they like to live in it. Prove me wrong? It's not a "color" problem but it is a culture problem! If you would take care of things your area wouldn't look this bad, but you like to blame it on others!
The moment I stepped inside, it was like being teleported to a parallel universe where basic human behavior ceased to exist. Absolute mayhem everywhere! Forming a simple checkout line? Forget it. People cut in from every direction like it’s a competitive sport. I would’ve taken pictures or videos of the madness, but honestly, I was too busy dodging the chaos to even think about it.
And the bathrooms—oh, the bathrooms. Let’s just say “DIRTY” doesn’t quite cover it. Broken fixtures? Check. A stench that could peel paint? Double check. I didn’t know whether to hold my breath or call in a hazmat team.
As for the parking lot… wild doesn’t even begin to describe it. Think demolition derby, but with fewer rules.
I genuinely feel for the employees trying to survive in this circus. They deserve medals—or at...
