2nd the last time I was there I asked if they had a microwave because when you mix The bedrooms and the sour cream with the meat It makes it a little bit too cold inside And that makes it pointless to have them eat hot A worker Told me that they do not have a microwave But they could have put it inside of The Tortilla press and heat it backup I went to another Chipotle A week later and they did it for me I went back to this one today and they had 2 options either Put it back under the tortilla press With the foil on it Or leave the pool off of it and stick it inside of the quesadilla toaster The manager which was some girl was very rude about it I understand that they were busy She met a rude remark that that would waste everyone's time the way that she said it you just had to be there She didn't have to use the tortilla press she said that she's not allowed to put a Foil inside of the other machines the black machine with the blue light I understand that she could have taken it out of the pool and put it inside the machine and didn't have tortilla press and waste people's time She made me feel very uncomfortable and gave me very bad anxiety Chipotle needs to have a way to heat people's burritos up because the veggies and stuff makes it too cold She sarcastically asked me if I Have a microwave at home I said yes but I didn't tell her that I'm driving Uber out here on my lunch break And I'm not going to go home that would be pointless..... But I think I do recognize her driving her either on Uber or lyft and if I find out what ride it was I'm planning to go ahead and just give her a really bad rating And block her from the app so if you're going to be unprofessional with me at your job I can't provide you service at My job I'm the most popular rideshare/gig worker in tulsa with a themed sponsored vehicle and have a you tube channel I'm not a regular person that just walked in especially if I've provided her a service if I'm correct I...

Placed a catering order with Chipotle two weeks before our event. Requested an 11:30 delivery. Food arrived at 10:30 -- the store used Door Dash to deliver our order -- since delivery was not made by a store represenatitve, I wasn't able to inquire/give feedback on the hour-early delivery. Decided to leave everything boxed in hopes that it wouldn't be too cold by 11:30. When we started to unload everything at 11:30, we found that we were missing items. When I called to report the issue, I was transferred several times and ultimately ended up with their "Feeback Line." I explained the issue and was told that they would call the store and initiate a correction/have someone dispatched to deliver the missing items. Sat on hold for about 5 min -- mind you, it's time for food to be served to our guests, and between transfers and holds, I'm 15 minutes into this effort -- customer service rep comes back on the line and says she has the store manager on the other line and they insist they packed everything. I'm not sure what to say to this as I'm missing key items from the order, and I've already explained this. So, I repeat myself. CSR asks me to hold again while she goes back to the manager. I wait 8 more minutes on hold and finally hang up.
I then called Mexicali Border Cafe (only about a 2 min drive from our office), explain my issue and ask if they can sell me some tortillas. Manager says no problem, I'll have them ready for you in 10 min. I drive over, he gives me a stack of tortillas -- at NO CHARGE. MEXICALI BORDER CAFE FOR THE WIN! You might consider ordering from them before you place an order with Chipotle, --...
Read moreI love chipotle’s food when it’s done correctly, and the portion sizes are good. But I went at lunch rush and my experience with the workers was so rude. The girl right before me wanted 2 kids quesadillas for herself, and when the lady made her one, she acted like it was too much of a task to make the second one and she made such a big deal about it that the girl felt bad and so she just took the one quesadilla, which is insane that the worker made her feel so bad that she just changed her order. Then when it was my turn to order I’d be telling them I’ll take white rice, black beans and before I can even get the word beans out, they’re cutting me off asking me what meat. I’m familiar with Chipotle and I’m not slow with my order so it was very unnecessary and asking for more than three pieces of veggies, and a small handful of lettuce was too much for them to handle. I was going to ask for more lettuce and she was already putting the lid on so when I asked, she took the lid off to add more lettuce and then she put the lid halfway back on but couldn’t get the whole thing on properly but she didn’t care. She just pushed it on for it to be paid for so I had to ask the cashier to put a new lid on so it didn’t spill everywhere. This negative experience wasn’t just with one worker it was with the one taking the order for the rice and beans and the worker taking the order for sauces and extra add-ins, it seems to just be an accepted culture for the workers to feel comfortable treating people like that since it wasn’t just...
