Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Tulsa

The place looks great since the rebuild. The service was quick and friendly. And it's Church's Chicken so obviously it's good food.

Update 9/23/23: I placed an order last night for a 50pc for pickup the following day. I meant to submit the order for Owasso but accidentally chose this location.

I called this location and Kevin picked up and informed me that I'll have to go online to cancel the order. I eventually submitted some online form to cancel the order but did not receive a confirmation so I just kept my order.

Kevin followed up with me this morning to confirm my cancellation but I told him I'll keep it.

When I picked up my order at the store, one of the workers only handed me one of two bags. I didn't know any better and left the store.

Kevin texted me shortly after that I was handed only one of the bags and still had one left. I returned and picked up my second bag.

All this to say that Kevin did a great job following up and following through to ensure I got what I needed. It would have been a pain to drive to Owasso only to find out I only received half of my order.

I just want to thank Kevin again. At my work place we often talk about customer obsession and Kevin certainly displayed this. I am very appreciative and will continue to give them...

When we arrived at the drive thru, there were 2 other cars in front of us. The car in front of me drove off, it seemed as though he had been waiting for awhile. I waited about 5 more minutes before the car ordering had finally pulled around to the window. As I pulled up to place my order, it took a few seconds before a lady came on and asked me to please hold. I sat there for what seemed like forever, growing impatient I spoke into the intercom to see if anyone was there. She responded a few seconds afterwards giving me the okay to order. After I ordered, I noticed the previous car before me had still been waiting at the window. He pulled off after about a minute or so, and when I pulled up, I again sat there for about 5 minutes before the lady finally opened the window to repeat my order and take my payment. After being on a 24 hour medical fast, all I could think of eating was Church's Chicken. Ordered the $4.00 Big Box with chicken tenders, an extra side of Mac and cheese. Ordered another Big Box with leg and thigh, extra side of mashed potatoes. I came home with the first part of my order correct. The second box--just wrong. It had no leg and thigh, just more chicken tenders. I hate white meat chicken. My entire meal was a total disappointment. I wanted a leg and thigh! And there were two orders of cold French fries in the bottom of the bag. I am so irritated, I cannot eat. And I really don't like chicken tenders. This meal was disposed of, cold fries and all. Now I know to never leave the store without checking each and every part of the order. There was not any dipping sauce for the tenders, and they were dry and tasteless. I just expect to get what I ordered and paid for, not what they want to put in it. My visit was around...
