Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Tulsa

I went with my wife and Daughter today and it was super busy so they were pumping out fresh pies like crazy!! Food was delicious. But I came to comment about how awesome the manager Moose was ! I ran into him on the buffet line and he greeted me. He told me his name and I was like wait ? Like the animal ?? And he was already responding " yes like the animal." Lol He was making sure all products were up to par and looking nice on buffet line I asked for a custom pizza and he said " yes sir right away ill bring it to your table" didnt give us a buzzer but I could tell he would remember exactly who we were. 5 mins later he personally brought out our pie ! After that I knew this dude was the coolest manager ever. While eating i watched him help clean up a spilled drink, bussing tables, tending to the buffet and as I was leaving he was helping the girl at the register count out a kids bag of change so he could purchase the buffet... I over heard him speaking Spanish with some customers also.. A manager that can reach all levels of customers is awesome ! I complimented him numerous times on his work ethic and great attitude..... bro needs a raise ASAP!!! If you reading this MOOOOSEEEEE. Thank you! It was a pleasure...

This was my first visit since they moved next door to the Walmart neighborhood market.

Much smaller, kinda hard to get to. I arrived two minutes after opening. Pizza wasn't put out on the buffet table until 11:11 AM because all the employees were too busy commuting boxes of pizza in an assembly line fashion to the van parked outside the door to take to some local high school. I understand catering is the only way CiCi's makes money these days but come on, you have to try to at least act like you care about the diners that take the time to drive to your store and step into it for service.

The variety was really bad. Only four or five different types of pizza and none were what I wanted: BBQ and supreme. I won't be coming back to this location ever again. The 51st and Peoria location is a billion times better. Weird how there's such a disconnect in quality from that location (which is a 5 star CiCi's) to this...

I didn't have super high expectations going into the place, and I was STILL disappointed. it's a Wednesday night, the place wasn't even busy, and yet, we stood in line for ten minutes with a hungry baby, behind two absolutely disgusting human beings who most likely haven't had showers in a month. finally, we get to the counter and pay...$11.07 for two adults and an under-two-year-old, with waters to drink. I got us a table and went to get my daughter's plate and what I found on the buffet was absolutely pitiful. so pitiful I immediately got a refund and left, went across the street to McDonald's, and paid the exact same amount for food that's actually edible. I will never go back to that Cicis, not even if...
