Crawpappy's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Tulsa

It has been forever since I've been to this bar, but babay their wait staff is amazing! There was a lot of people, as it was a Saturday night. My friend invited me to a party here and I had a great time. I wanted some jalapeño poppers but they were out, even though there was 12 signs advertising the jalapeño poppers all around the bar... so I asked for a menu, and I was hyped to the max to see my favorite thing on the menu --Gimmie Dem Oysters my Bruv!!!--- dude listen... these a are Oysters shots! You don't have to peel or bite them off. They were friggin delicious! OMGG! They come with a nicehorseradish, lemons, cocktail sauce. I tried to see if they had Malt vinegar, but the waitress/bartender looked as if she had never heard of it. Oh well, they Oysters had no chance. I tore them up! Took them down. I was trying not to eat them all, trying to be cute in my light green top and green jewels, but screw it, they were delicious, I even snuck one of my friends Oysters off his tray. 🤣🤣🤣 meanwhile he was acting too cute to finish his...😒😅 I will definitely place crawpappys on my radar again. My husband I were in town for concert and decided to stop by this place on the way out of Town. We don't go to anyplace that doesn't get 4 Plus stars. All the 1's and 2's were about the "surprise" - it's a smoking bar. So, with that in mind we thought - Let's Go.

So disappointed. We were both in the mood for seafood plus Cajun - added bonus. I ordered the Crawfish etouffee. Honestly ( hope it was bad day for them) it wasn't edible. Way over salted, the sauce was not flavorful, the presentation was terrible and I'm not sure what or where the crawfish were. Honestly, I should have sent it back but for some crazy reason - I thought it might get better.

My husband ordered the seafood salad - upgraded to the crawfish tails. He enjoyed the salad but would give no greater than 3.5.

Sunday, they were busy in there and the waitress we had was sweet, and helpful but overworked. She just couldn't keep up with her side of the bar.

I can’t say enough about the experience our party of six had! The most disgusting and disturbing plates of food since plates were invented! First, oysters not served in a shell, obviously the waitress didn’t know what kind ethey were. She said the manager would know but wasn’t in that night. So, I can assume that the oysters were out of a can very awful tasting. Additionally, my blackened catfish came uncooked and stringy. Finally the red beans and rice in a little cup were decent but a tablespoon of rice didn’t seem enough! My husband’s dinner was lacking in crawfish chopped small it was floated in a pool of red sauce. French fries were very greasy but the salad was okay.
