While D&B's is smaller and doesn't have bowling, laser tag, etc. it does seem to be less crowded and have less kids than Main Event or Cinergy. D&B's has a better selection of arcade games than those places though and less of them are out of order so that's a plus. Your money seems to not go as far here compared to other entertainment centers here either. D&B's seems to be better suited for couples, guys/ladies nights etc than for a for a family with young children as they simply don't have the variety of activities or space of their competitors in town. I also didn't see or hear about any specials/discounts like buy a $50 play card get $5 free or similar as their competitors do, I did see a sign that said half price games on one day per week but nothing like unlimited play (with no tickets of course) for a set price and time again all of which is offered by the various competition in town. All that said, I don't believe we will be returning except to play our remaining credits and cash in our tickets. We were hopeful they had upgraded/expanded/updated things since our last visit before covid but unfortunately that was not the case. Entertainment Centers in Tulsa ranked #1 Cinergy (best all around) #2 Main Event (best for adults and older kids) #3 Incredible Pizza (best for younger kids) #4 Dave & Buster's (best for couples) #5 Andy B's (sub-par version of other places listed, bet has the best bowling alley)

We made a reservation and when we got there we were sat within a few minutes of arriving. When we were sat down, we were immediately greeted by the manager who let us know if we had any issues, we could talk to him! Unique was our waitress and she was awesome! Answered all our questions about the items on the menu and helped us decide what we wanted to get. She was very attentive and our drinks were always full! We appreciated her honesty! I got this cute drink (pictured) which was yummy! We had the potstickers which were amazing. A little too spicy for me, but the flavor was delicious. My husband and I both ordered the bacon burger and both agreed the flavoring was phenomenal! The only issue I had was I asked for well done patty and they gave me a medium and my husband got the well done patty with his burger toppings. Honest mistake though as they were training new people in the kitchen tonight. We loved the fries as well! The seasoning on them was perfect and delicious. We will be back!

We celebrated our sons 6th birthday at Dave and Busters. We had to quickly move the celebration inside due to weather, and D&B was great at accommodating us with last-minute notice. I was anxious about the party because I had never been to D&B. My nerves quickly went away as soon as we arrived. They quickly escorted us to our room that was set very nicely. The kids all got pizza and fries. And then, of course, birthday cake. All the guests got a card to play the games with the birthday boy also got a wristband to play with. He had a lot of fun using that. Jack and Aramis were amazing. They were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. All the games were great and a lot of fun! The birthday boy and his guests had a great time. When we left, he told me, "This was the best birthday ever!". We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is my 2nd time in 3 months I visited Dave and Busters in Tulsa, and will NEVER comeback! I first visited Eric(GM) and his team late March with 3 colleagues from Fayetteville, Dallas and OKC. We were there for work/play. We sat at a booth by the bar. When the waitress came over. We explained this was a work and play meeting. We would like to order now, please bring drinks but apps can wait 45 min, than put dinner in 15 min later. 10 min later we got our drinks, 5 min after that our apps came our while we had lap tops out in the middle of the meeting. 15 min later our dinner came out. As upset as we were we asked to see our waitress and were told it was shift change and she had left but I will take care of you the rest of the way. I explained what happened.. 2 of our dinner orders were wrong and my steak was well done on a mid rare order. We left un happy and paid $167 and took our meeting back to the hotel not playing at all and D&B not fixing our problems. I called the next day and spoke to the manager Eric and he had offered me $100 in be our guest cards. I excepted and he told me he would leave them in office and any manager can get them. I called tonight. Spoke to Jack, He said I'll take care of you. We got there Jack was very nice, handed me 40$ in cards not $100, explaining what had happened and he told me Angel would take care of us. Service was again terrible. She didn't know knowledge of her wine. She said so herself. We asked which she would recommend salmon or chicken, she said she hates salmon and chicken was just okay. Took forever to get our food, had to ask 2x for our boxes and had to pay Jack because she never came back.i paid $116 after I was told I would of gotten $100 in credit. I will never comeback and be sure to send emails to my co workers explaining what happened. Thanks Eric for the great...

Dave and Buster's is a bit different today compared to when I was a kid (I'm 34 now). Looking back now I remember thinking D&Bs was too adult oriented, but now it's a better mix of sports bar and kids entertainment. I've been to the Tulsa D&Bs a couple of times now. Once for a kid's birthday party (friend on my 9 year-old son) and once just me and my son on a guys night. On both visits I was very impressed with the food quality and variety. You kind of expect these types of places to phone it in on the food, but D&B has significantly exceeded my expectations. Food prices are reasonable also. I haven't visited the bar area so I have no opinion on that yet. The game chips/tokens are expensive, and anything you pay tickets for in the prize shop will end up costing triple what you could pay with cash (but that's the business model for all these places). I do love that they've switched to electronic tokens and ticket management systems though. The gaming area has a decent variety, although it leans a little heavy towards the carnival-type ticket generating games. My son and I typically stay away from those games because they're not much fun, will deplete your tokens crazy fast, then send you home with a bouncy ball and a feeling of utter betrayal, haha. My only real recommendation for Tulsa D&B's is that they optimize the gaming floor layout better to provide more maneuvering space around the games. There's a TON of space in the restaurant and bar area where people are sitting, but over in the gaming area you're constantly bumping into people. Fix that and I'll bump my rating...

I went to Dave and Buster's on a Sunday night to have dinner and play games. The dinner part of our evening was awful. First of all one of the managers told us about their "powerplay" (I think that's what it was called) and it sounded like a great deal for dinner and games so that's what we decided to do. We sat down and ordered and at first our waitress was great but then came back and told us what we had originally been told was not actually the case. We had to purchase something extra to get the deal. This wouldn't have been a problem but the way it was presented felt a bit like a bait and switch. I feel like we would have gotten over this but then our waitress decided to flirt with the guys up at the bar rather than wait our table. She acted like we were a terrible inconvenience. Not to mention the food was definitely not worth what we paid, my husband ordered a Philly cheese steak which came with nothing but meat and cheese on it. Of course the waitress couldn't be found to fix it. She did manage to bring us our check eventually but we had to go up to the bar ourselves to actually pay the bill because she never came back to the table. Overall it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time.

However, with that being said we did enjoy the games. The only complaint we had about the games was the employee manning the ticket redemption area he was pretty rude.

Overall, even though we did enjoy the games well enough I doubt we will ever be back. Bad service can do a lot to negate any good in...
