July 5th 2024 I am updating my review of Dunkin' Donuts since my first and second visit at the beginning of june. Now since I had been there several times I am very disappointed in the management there which I expected. They seem to have a problem with me sitting there after spending a good deal of money and doing my paperwork and spending time with my kids. It had been mentioned to one of the employees. Also my daughter has a friend that works up there and she spends time sitting there working on her phone and doing homework and that seems to be a problem with the manager also which I really don't understand because she spends more money than I do. So this must be some other problem because the fact that we're sitting there when there's hardly anyone that stays there and eats and we're not bothering any employees or making a mess. It might be the fact that something was mentioned too the general manager that goes around to the different stores that she Parks right there by the front door in the handicap parking spot. Every time I've seen her there she's pulled into the handicap spot and she's not a handicapped at all and there's only a couple spots a person can even Park in. It was mentioned to her and she just snapped at the person as if it's none of their damn business where she parks. Plus she comes in barking orders at the manager but doesn't even say hello to any of the employees. Anyway that's all I've got for now. They had a great sandwich on a croissant I think, big ol piece of sausage egg and cheese. Well worth the money but sure as hell isn't worth the management there, though there was a couple wonderful employees, one was Ariel he was just totally awesome, polite and good answer any question I had about the food or lack of donuts, also a skinny little kid named Vinny. All smiles, gitty and zipping around taking care of orders. This would be the only reasons I would go back. Because you don't find good service like these two kids anywhere around anymore. June 1st 2024 approximately the first week of June or the second week of June I had visited this New location at 71st and Lewis. Kind of weird parking there with the hills and stuff. Inside was very clean and stuff was very friendly. I hadn't eaten there in ages but I definitely did enjoy the cream filled Donuts. I'm not too sure their management because some of the staff seems a little unsure of what they're doing but it looks like they are definitely trying but something tells me someone's not training...

I have come to this Dunkin several times, as someone who has previously worked at a different Dunkin, I could not be more appalled. The reason I kept going back is because the staff is always changing, I figured that there was just a management issue that would be resolved. Not only was this not the case, but the service, quality of the food, and the entire experience is horrific. The best service I've had at this particular location was when one of the employees was high. All of the staff will sit and stare at you, or laugh at you when you wait for your order. They try to argue with you when you request customization to your order, (a coffee place should be familiar with various requests like flavoring or not using sugar). Your order is always wrong, or tastes like the water and coffee have mold/mildew in them. Again, not only have I worked at a Dunkin, but it's been my favorite franchise since I was 10 years old. I know what it's supposed to taste like.

Recently, my husband and I wanted to try out a seasonal donut flavor, so we made the trip to come try it out. At the drive through, we were told they had a few donuts in the flavor, so we paid, and were nonchalantly handed a bag of stale, crusty, donuts, in two different flavors that we didn't ask for. When we reached out to see if this was a mistake, we were handled aggressively, and argued with, instead of just being offered a refund or different donuts. Then, they took over 5 minutes to even get us a refund, because they spent their time talking, pointing at us, and giving us nasty looks through the window. Finally, someone came to the window to process our refund, and spent the entire time trying to convince me that the donuts "weren't stale." That they had "just been made." While this wasn't even the primary issue of our order, the entire interaction with all of the employees during this encounter was disgusting and repulsive.

Having seen the cleanliness (or lack thereof), of the restaurant on the inside, on the counters, I am thoroughly grossed out and will quite literally never go to this Dunkin again. If there is anything you've learned from my long review (that took me WAY too many visits to write), please, do not eat here. If you want to go to Dunkin, go literally...

I’m not sure what Dunkin y’all are going to, but they have always been amazing! It’s kind of sad to see some of these reviews. You can tell that some of you have never been a fast food worker. Restaurants run out of items, that comes with business. They order what they can and hope it’ll last until their next truck, it’s not their fault more people have come and ordered the same item you want. I’ve worked fast food and I still remember the feeling when we ran out of stuff, we do feel bad but there’s nothing we can do. So why are we taking it out on them? (PSA stores have a limit on how much they can spend on trucks. New stores, like theirs, have an even smaller limit.) If your only struggle in life is a store running out of what you want, go somewhere else, or just be kind, hang tight and bear with them. It’s not that serious.

I come to this store at least everyday and they have always given me such great service, and the food and drink quality is always on point! If you go in the store, you can see how hard these employees are working. They’re running back and forth trying to get orders out, and with what looks like very limited staff. Even through that, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I absolutely love this Dunkin! The quality is so much better than Memorial and BA’s. They also all look so happy and that’s refreshing to see. They engage in conversations with me and I feel like I know quit a bit of the employees personally. My experience with this Dunkin is so...

I typically don’t review but, I just moved to Tulsa yesterday and this is one worst experiences Ive ever had at a drive through. Firstly, there was only 3 cars ahead of me, but it was 20ish minutes before I could place my order. They were out of stock on 3/4 of the .. After 12ish minutes of the girl trying to unsuccessfully ring in the order, I finally moved forward to payment, another 10 mins before I was acknowledged, then moved to the next window waiting for the food, and I’m pretty sure they forgot about me. After a whopping 45-50 minutes, I finally have my food and its terrible. I ordered 2 avo toast with tomato and 2 avo toast with bacon. What I got was a sandwich??? With the thinnest spread of avocado and barely a full slice of bacon, even though I had to reiterate my toast order several times. I also ordered 2 kolaches which one was still half frozen!! - haven't tried the other yet and I'm not sure I want to. Im not the sort of person to make anyone feel bad so I was very patient and understanding but it seems like this place has terrible management and untrained staff. A waste of $30!
