I am sending this complaint after the worst experience I have ever had at your location at 81st and Lewis in Tulsa OK. My son is a Sailor in the US Navy. He came home for a visit for the Holidays and one of the few things he requested to eat was Little Ceasars pizza. I placed an order for 3 pizzas and an Italian Cheese Bread and received an email that my order had been loaded in the portal at 5:36pm. My son arrived to pick up the order around 5:45pm to find out not only was it not in the portal, but it also wasn’t even ready. At 6:20, I called him to find out why he was still at the store and could hear an employee screaming and cursing in the background. While on the phone with my son, he asked an employee (later identified as Walter) when the order would be ready and was met with a condescending and hateful “I’m working on it”. After another 10 minutes he was handed a partial order with free crazy bread and cookies. I instructed my son not to leave and I drove to the store. I spoke with Mark who was extremely apologetic and helpful but obviously frustrated with Walter. I returned the incorrect order, and free items, to the counter and asked that my order be made correctly. During the entire time I was in the store, Walter continued to be verbally aggressive towards myself, the employees, and other customers in the lobby. At one point Mark instructed Walter to get off his phone and work on my order to which Walter responded by pointing a spatula towards my face and screaming that he wasn’t going to do “sh*t” with my order. This led to more screaming and cursing from Walter to Mark that the entire lobby was exposed to. After another 20 minutes of waiting, Walter brought another partial order to the counter and told me to “Have a great night” in the same hateful and condescending tone he used with my son. When I pointed out that my order was STILL incorrect, Walter grabbed the missing box of cheese bread and flung it on the counter while rolling his eyes. Mark and another employee, whose name I did not catch, were extremely apologetic the entire time and refunded my order to me. I am not writing this to obtain anything free. I am sending this because I am disgusted at the way in which a Service Member was treated. My son has given up his freedoms to protect and serve this country and he deserved more than what he was shown by your employee. I understand things happen in the service industry and kitchens can become chaotic but that does not excuse the service received. The experience was disgusting at best and I hope that your company takes a firm stance against this employee and his actions and immediately...
Read moreOrder was supposed to be done at 7:03 (a simple order—2 cheeses, 1 pep, 2 crazy breads), and when I got there at 7:10, it wasn’t there. A cook said that he had made it, and the woman working the register gave it out (I had received an email that the order was ready and waiting—it wasn’t waiting.) At this point, about 5 other people were waiting on their incomplete online orders. After about 20 minutes just standing there waiting, I asked if I should just come back. The lady at the register said yes, to come back in about 30 minutes… was she just going to let me stand there for an hour??? With screaming babies in our car, we drive around for 30 minutes and came back. This time, a DIFFERENT cook told me my order verbatim, said he had made it, and said that—AGAIN—the lady at the register gave it away. The whole time, it was as though she just thought this whole thing was funny. All in all, after an hour of BS, I didn’t even get my full correct order because they “weren’t making any more crazy bread.” Even though mine had been given away TWICE. It was such a cluster. They really need to get it together. I could understand the mistake once (kind of…?), but TWICE, when they knew I was coming right back for it??? Terrible...
Read moreWalked in at around 5:45pm and was greeted by loud screeching laughter and yelling. So loud the girl at the register apologized before I could even say anything. Then, I attempted to order the $5.99 lunch special. She said they didn't do that after 2pm. I told her I thought it was just that it wasn't hot and ready after 2, but you could still order it. She told me to hold on and she ran to the back. Next thing I know a young guy comes to the register wanting to know what he could help me with. So basically the girl didn't want to deal with me anymore and passed me off to him. I wasn't rude or anything I simply didn't want to pay for a huge pizza that I can't finish for my lunch break. But to just pass me off to another employee without even trying to help is NOT good customer service. If something has changed and Little Caesars no longer sells that lunch deal after 2, then explain that to me. Don't walk away like you are going to find out because you don't know and then send someone else to me so I basically have to start the whole process over again with someone else. I ended up walking out and went to Sonic up the road....
