Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Tulsa

I've been getting pizza here for years. In the past there's been a few times they messed up and were better than today. After ordering the pizza then supposedly track it and usually it's pretty much reliable, so when it said delivered and it wasn't then as a long time customer i expected better after making a call and inquiring about it, I was pleasantly shocked by how rude the guy was when I questioned about my order! When I order online I don't put a tip in but give the delivery person a tip and I highly recommend doing this way since they may use someone from the store or might be like grub hub or whoever since it's stated how the delivery might be made. But to keep my business with and satisfied there's some changes in customer service that needs to be addressed. Now I don't live that far from the store but there's times it's just better to get delivery but like I already put down that it showed delivered when it wasn't! I've had the same account for years and it goes to my email also. There's no room for a mistake on my end or the delivery person that might make a mistake and I've always had them realize that and they always go out of their way to make things right which is what the people inside...

We got a flier announcing their Grand Opening and the Opening of the Family Video store next door. So for a lark and to get a free movie rental, I decided to throw these guys a low curve to the inside corner, and called in my order. "My" pizza is one I had made in Chicago,(home of the Infamous Chicago Pizza.) Well, those guys not only got hold of the ball, they knocked in the runners on the bases, they hit it out of the park, and over the freeway!! THAT pizza was so great (better than good) that it, in my opinion was a orgasmic event so completely unexpected!! I have to be careful now that I am past the age of 60, I mean I am of the age that many women gain "UGLY POUNDS". All the women in my family, started gaining weight after 60 and lost their svelt looking bodies. I refuse to be one of those that let theirselves go. Pizza is high in carbs calories and those pizzas are so good I could eat...

Marco’s Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza places around! Every single time I order, the food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in what they make—the crust is always baked perfectly, the toppings are generous, and the flavors are spot on.

What makes it even better is the staff. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your order. Whether it’s over the phone, at the counter, or delivery, they treat you like family.
