We've been looking forward to trying this place! Finally, we made it in for lunch today, and it did NOT disappoint!! Nice vibe when we walked in, and the staff were SO friendly! We both ordered the 7" Phat Philly cheesesteak (my partner had jalapeños added to his), shared a basket of waffle fries, and we chose to enjoy a beer with our meal. I had a question about a beer on tap and asked for a tiny sample to help me decide - I was accommodated quickly, all the while enjoying some lively banter with the folks at the counter. Our sandwiches were absolutely fantastic, the meat was so juicy, tender, and flavorful! The fries were cooked and seasoned (S&P) just right! The price was reasonable for the amount of food. The decor fits in with the older part of town - kind of funky diner mixed with an industrial design. The walls are covered with signatures from past patrons - so unique and fun just taking it all in! This will definitely be one of our new "go-to" places! Just so dang good!

We are from Broken Arrow and waiting on the one on Elm to open. so my son took me to this one. I was reading the reviews and they all talk about how amazing the food is. So when we got here I was a little skeptical about going in, but the reviews had me, so let me go and give this food to try. I am so glad I did this stuff was so delicious. The meat is so tender the sandwiches are so filling there's so much meat on it. You get a lot of food in this sandwich. Definitely worth coming to Tulsa. I hope the one in Broken Arrow is just a satisfying and I hope it gets there soon. If you pull up at this place and you're not sure about going inside trust me do it it is so worth it. I got a 7in and my son got the 11 in and we got a basket of waffle fries and it was right around $25 my son could not eat the whole 11-inch he said next time definitely do a 7in. And for a 7in it is 7.99 worth every penny.

Phat Philly's Cheesesteaks are hands down the best Philly Cheesestakes I have ever had in my life! To some, this would seem like a little hole in the wall restaurant. To those who are Tulsan Natives, they know the place quite well. I have never heard a bad word spoken about Phat Philly's. If you havent tried it, then you should! It is great at 2 in the afternoon or even better at 2 in the morning! I always order the 7" philly cheesesteak with waffle fries and a drink. They do have an 11" option, however, they're soo "phat" I only eat half of the 7 inch and take the rest to go. Overall, I highly recommend Phat Philly's!

Edit 9-8-21.To Phat phillys owner. Sorry dude. My last visit i was out 60 bucks. Sure you want me to continue coming back and spend more money, but i dont think apologizing and then tell me to keep coming back is how you handle a complaint and expect a person to. come back. I wasnt asking for anything free but you should have offered a discount after a customer was out 60 bucks. Maybe you will for the next customer you serve bad food to. As for me, thanks to your response, i wont be coming back. i found a spot called Moonskyes and i think i will become a loyal patron to them.

Edit 8-27-21. What has happened? Looking back to my first review of this place two years ago, what went wrong today? I got out of school yesterday and realized that Phat Phillys was just blocks away from the TCC metro campus. Heaven on a bun, hear i come. Realizing we forgot to lay something out for dinner, i decided to order food for my family of five and surprise them. I should have just thrown a frozen pizza in the oven and saved me 60 bucks. Four Phat Phillys, a salad, and a six dollar tip added up quick. Maybe i should hve left more than a six dollar tip and my sandwiches would have tasted better. I dont know. My kids, who normally fight each other for a Phat Philly cheesesteak sandwich, took two bites and decided a 50 cent cup of ramen noodles was a better choice. The meat had a burnt taste to it and was very dried out. I had to take a drink of tea just to get my first bite down. What little cheese there was, sadly couldnt overcome that horrendous burnt taste that stuck to the inside of my mouth refusing to leave. I can still taste it after brushing my teeth several times. Taste that and the taste of heartache. Heartache because i remember the first time i ate here for lunch two years ago and loved it so much, i took my wife and children that evening for dinner! You can see from my first review how happy i was to have found this place. Phat Phillys, i dont know what happened yesterday, but you lost a once loyal, visit at least once a month customer.

First review two years ago--This place is unbelievable. The Philly cheese steak sandwich is seven inches of cheesy, meaty awesomeness..if you're wanting a Philly cheese steak, then this is the...

Last night my husband, cousin, and I decided to try Phat Philly's for dinner. Boy was it a mistake. First, we drove 20 mins from Catoosa. We ALL 3 ordered our food. The cashier gave us 2 cups. We asked for the third, no big deal. We sit and wait for our food. Shortly before they bring our food to us, one of the guys from the back comes to ask us if we wanted one of our sandwiches cut in half. We said "sure. " Still not thinking anything of it. The guy comes back to bring us our food and only has 2 meals. We said we were supposed to have 3 meals, as there are 3 people here... He then said "we'll that's why I asked if you wanted the phatter cut in half." Then he proceeds to tell my husband to step over to the register and he will ring up the 3rd meal and get it put us. So he did. $17 for a sandwich, and chili chz tots!!! So, we paid $28 for the first 2 meals and $17 for the one that didn't get rang up initially. So that's like $45 for some Philly cheese steak sandwiches that didn't even taste good. All the staff were nice enough. But the food was very bland. Like I could have made better at home and us the 20 min drive and $45!!! We...

So after waiting about 15 -20 minutes in line I finally got to order where the cashier just asked what I would like and for my name and I went on my friends did the same. After waiting 30 minutes I finally got my food but I had only order a small side of waffle fries, 30 minutes for waffle fries ? Come on now. My friends at this point stil haven't gotten their food, an hour and 20 minutes later they still haven't gotten their food. They went up and asked about their food, where they said "oh I'm sorry your ticket wasn't even up, we'll get that out to you." What ??? Another 10 minutes and still nothing, we went up and asked for a refund or atleast a discount for the wait but they said "sorry we can't we had warned you before it would be a long wait" ??? Excuse me sir me and my friends heard no such thing come out of your mouth. Finally 15 minutes later and they get their food not even in a hurry to try and get it out to us. Worst customer service of my life . Never coming here again . Oh and the food wasn't all that great either, my...
