We decided to go to Cane’s on a rainy night and their awning above their drive through window is so absolutely minuscule that it provides no protection from the rain. The entire inside of our car, including our food order was absolutely DRENCHED. And what part of asking for no ice in my drink made you guys think that it was ok to leave it this empty? I asked for no ice because I wanted a full cup of diet Dr. Pepper, not a severely underfilled one. I’ll be giving my business to Chickfila from now on…

I always come here for chicken but found this in my chicken today, it’s rock solid and I have no idea what it is. It hurt my tooth and it’s stuck inside the chicken tender, the rest was fine but this genuinely disgusted me. Idk if it’s gristle. Anyways everyone was super nice and I’ve never had bad service here I just am so confused about what this is in my food lol

**update** Guys... do better. We just went through the drive thru. Order was not correct, and is this supposed to be a side of fries?? There are like 20 of them, MAYBE. Nobody wants to spend $17 on lunch to have 20 fries. *previous review* Cane's is awesome. They always have great service and my food is always totally fresh. Clean and pleasing dine in experience!

This order was the biggest fiasco. I ordered days in advance to have my ordered picked up today at 5:30. 200 chicken pieces. It would seem the order just got missed completely. We arrived in time to pick up the order but it was not ready. In fact, it was not completed until 5:56! My party was to b served at 6. How does that happen? When I spoke to the manager he told me he was busier filling walk in orders? So my order, $300 order, was set aside to accommodate others? Mine was prepaid so I guess it didn't matter how long we had to wait ? The kids working just said “uh well, I don’t know”. This was totally unacceptable. You knew u had the order today at 5:30. You shoujd gave made arrangements to hold your end of the transaction. I bet you didn’t expect me to pay you at my convenience? 30 minutes later? Had you said I’d have to wait an additional 30 minutes i would have gone elsewhere or made other arrangements. You did not give me the option. Instead we had to all be inconvenienced. And finally I had asked for one container of sauce to share but instead i received 200 individual containers. Just another reason why I know no one did anything to prepare this order, it was a disaster from the get go.

I am extremely disappointed. My group was disappointed. 50 people waited for dinner that was more than 30 minutes late. Other items that were held warm, deteriorated slowly. In essence you ruined our dinner!

I expect a refund for this horrible service & inconvenience. Your cooperation is greatly...

The girl taking the order in the drive thru kept laughing while I was trying to tell her what I wanted. I could barely even finish what I was saying before she would have to ask me to repeat myself. That happened twice before another employee asked me a THIRD time for my order. When I got to the window to pay, they had to go over my order again! No one ever apologized, and each and every employee we encountered from there on out was unpleasant, as if we were the ones who had been rude. I visit this location 1-2 times every week and usually the employees are all very courteous. Tonight, it felt like it was a burden to serve us because the employees could not stop laughing long enough to take our order. The whole experience was completely unprofessional. I'm all for having fun at work, especially as teenagers, but if an employee can't pay attention to what they're doing, they don't need to be taking orders. Also, I don't see the point in asking if customers would like ketchup if it never actually makes...

I love this chain above all others. I simply do. This particular store, mmmm, we need to talk to the owner and managerial staff at this location. As a Retired Marine and someone's that's been in multiple leadership roles, I'd recommend to them to, "Inspect what you expect". The portions and way the foods presented certainly doesn't look anything like that which you get in a store in Louisiana. Cleanliness, that certainly wasn't a priority. Sadly, I drug my older sister into this establishment, who has been trained in the culinary industry and she was upset with my choice in food. Let's just say there's a lot to be learned by traveling to a store that's in Louisiana and then taking that back to your store elsewhere. This store needs that bad. I have for the past three years made it a point to go out of my way to eat at this food chain. This location, I'll only stop in as a convenience. Please, fix this store. I love...
