If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered three things for a total of $55 dollars. Two out of three were COMPLETELY WRONG. I called the store and asked for a refund for the items that were incorrect, they have no manager on staff because today is the managers day off. So they were going to have him call me back, he never called me so I drove to the store re with the incorrect food. There were tow employees, the male immediately got upset and said they tried to call me, I showed him my call log and explained that I wanted to speak with the owner to get this resolved, he yelled at me in front of my four year old daughter and called me a Karen because I wanted my food either corrected or I wanted my money back. I’m not sure who owns this store but you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for allowing your employees to speak to customers this way, and also for not having a manager on staff to handle situations like this. Your food is not cheap, and when you pay for a meal it should be correct. I will not be back and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears this story. Teach your employees some respect and how to take responsibility for messing up an order.

I went to pick my order they said its almost done. My cheese bread was done then 5 mins later my small pizza. I wait outside for my order to be done. It took another 30 minutes ( an hour to fully cook) for my calzone to be done. The rest of my food stay waiting for 30 minutes getting cold. I arrive and the young lady working with colored hair is still working on it, she’s the only one there. She could barely speak up, very hard to understand her. She gives me my order, I go back to my office to eat lunch and discover she burned my bread. I was also given expired chips. I mean so burnt that it’s all I can taste, when eating it.
