Starbucks — Restaurant in Tulsa

I used to love this company & this was the store I frequented. I had a very particular order, but they always remembered it, they knew my name, and for all intents and purposes they knew me... after all, I was there everyday.... Then the ☆bucks/ Philly incident happened. Every store had to do a mandatory meeting for extra training. One week after their so called training I got to ☆bucks just as it was closing, I got my order & sat outside to use the wifi + I didn't want to go straight back home. Well, my phone dies & i drive a convertible so I moved to my car to plug in my phone & proceeded to play my game. When the batistas were leaving, I glanced up to see if they were going to acknowledge my presence & they did not. 1 batista left & the other 2 went over to their cars but did not leave. 10 minutes later I hear all these sirens & a fire truck, ambulance, & cop cars all pulled in behind me. I was like... WT-HECK!! They called the police on me saying I was asleep in my car or passed out on drugs. They were very concerned about me... yet they didn't call out my name or approach my car & remember in a convertible. Well i was told the 2 gorilla were fired the next day. They kept offering to add money in my account but I told them I didn't want $ I needed a job. They agreed. Time went by because a new store was opening less than a mile from my home. By the time they open up & get hoping the district manager & store manager who offered me the job no longer work for the company so I applied the same way everyone else does & now they will not hire me. The staff here is wonderful. Very friendly and outgoing. I would like to give a special shout out to Allison. I come to this location at least once a week or so, to order a caramel ribbon crunch frappe, and the last time we were here which was about a week ago, we were kindly greeted by Allison. At the window, she seemed to have remembered me and I couldn't forget her. But the main thing that stood out about this particular visit, is she made sure to engage in conversation with us UNTIL my drink was ready instead of just taking my payment and shutting the door. She was so bubbly and friendly. I always appreciate over the top customer service because I cannot say that I've had anything of the sort from any other location. After I asked her for her name, I personally told her that I would give her a good review for giving us that wonderful, exceptional customer service. I got carried away with the days ahead but my daughter ( 8) made sure to remind me of that review, so here it is! Well deserved 👌. Even my 8 year old daughter noticed! We went to this location through the drive through this evening they messed up our entire order, the girl at the window had a face full of metal and was corrected 3x how to pronounce my name it was brought to her attention our order was incorrect she completely disregarded us. My disabled sons white hot cocoa smelled and tasted like movie theater popcorn butter! Absolutely revolting! And it made my sonnsic to his stomach!! I paid for two Venti coffees but recieved 2 Grandes I paid for a Grande white hot chocolate but recieved a tall. The girl at the window was like oh no that's a 20 oz cup I said no ma'am I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 and the cup was a smidge smaller than my cell phone. there is absolutely no way that was a 20 oz cup. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone. Not unless you don't mind being over charged for something that you infact...
