Starbucks — Restaurant in Tulsa

Great customer service here. I actually had visited a different Starbucks a few miles down the road on my commute to work. I didn’t taste my drink before pulling off, and I noticed my Pink Drink tasted overwhelmingly like coconut milk. I’ve never had to complain about the way my drink has been made, but I just couldn’t drink it because the taste was so off. I was closer to this Starbucks at this point. I pulled in fully prepared to have to just buy another drink and throw this one out. But they took care of me and with a smile too. I appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have to and it wasn’t their issue to begin with. (I’ll also mention I’ve never had a bad drink at the Starbucks I had initially visited.. this was a one off experience so I’m not upset with the other location!) They were very busy, and I noticed how friendly they were to everyone coming inside despite the rush they were experiencing. Kudos to them! I would highly recommend this location. I don't purchase their coffee drinks as often as I used to, but I do love their whole bean French roast, Sumatra, Cafe Verona, Espresso, & Italian coffee. I usually get their Thanksgiving/Holiday & Christmas Espresso blends as well & look forward to their BOGO coffee sales during the holidays. Ok, I just love their strong coffees lol.

When my hubs & I began dating, we would meet after work in the mornings & enjoy our coffees & conversations outside at their tables, so my fondness for their stores & coffee is based on pleasant memories of our coffee dates, which we still have occasionally.

Before our dachshunds passed last year, I would stop on the way home from the vets for their puppacinos, which were always a hit. 100/10...

I’ve been going to this starbucks for 10+ years and have always had little issues but nothing ever that serious till today. A barista got mad because I called a popular drink a different name and then accused me of throwing trash outside my car. I never did throw anything outside my car I emptied my water bottle so I could toss it in my backseat. When I told this barista he got very aggressive and yell that I it’s still inconsiderate to pour your water which is just ridiculous.
