I went in to buy some Mackenzie Childs and not one person asked my mother and I if they could help us. Again, we were not dressed up but we just ran in needing to get a few pieces we didn’t have for a shower. Literally everyone working said something to everybody in the store besides us. The old lady that works there that’s in all the Facebook videos and is “so friendly” just walked passed us like we couldn’t afford anything in the store. I will never shop here or give them any money of mine. We went in to look at the furniture and they said you know this is $3,000? Im like do you think that’s impressive?next time run my credit report and google my home address and let’s compare on who has what! Too bad I wasn’t dressed up and had my Golden Gooses on. I would have been treated like royalty! Also, to the snobs… your cheap shoes you sell are JUNK! ! I’m not the one selling retail and working on a Saturday! They try to act like they are rich because the only designers they sell is Mackenzie Child’s. Honey, I order my stuff from Neiman’s! Note to the rude workers: just because people aren’t dressed up doesn’t mean they don’t own a Mercedes’ Benz or have a million dollar house! So disrespectful and shame on you for treating people like Peasants!!! Also, the only reason we were in town was because we paid $10,000 for 8 friends of mine to meet Snoop Dogg! So, your $3,000 furniture...

I tried ordering something online from there because I shopped there in person and loved it. However, ordering online was a whole different experience. I was waiting for ages for earrings I was going to give my mom on her birthday. I looked and my order had been cancelled. I had no clue this happened as they "sent a email" I did not receive to notify me. I looked at my account and the money had been taken out for the earrings so I emailed them and the worst thing about it was they knew the earrings weren't in stock! They were going to take my money anyways knowing it was out of stock, and heeven though I didn't respond to their email. TERRIBLE service by doing that. I also read another review where they sent her a "email" about her item being out of stock too but she did not get it. I wasn't offered a discount of any sort for their mistake so I just decided to get my refund. Don't shop from them online seems like it's out dated, they will take your money (with the knowledge that it's out of stock and you haven't responded to their (email)), and you'll never get your item, so keep your eye on everything. I will never be shopping...

I have shopped at AMC for years, even back when they were in Woodland Hills Mall - but, I was so excited when they opened their store at 91st & Yale - great location and I love the layout even more! AMC is a great place to buy gifts for any occasion, but it literally has so much more than that...you will walk in the store and see things you never knew you needed! It's a one stop shop for anything you are looking for with a great range of prices. Plus, they have the cutest clothes and always seem to be getting new styles in weekly. AND these clothes are all sizes inclusive, love that!! (and unfortunately, that doesn't happen at a lot of boutiques)! And I don't even know where to begin with their on-site design studio - WOW, I want everything! I think my biggest reason of loving this boutique is because every time you go in to shop, you are greeted with smiles, kindness, a warm welcome, and the most amazing setup of decor for each holiday/season - it's truly an experience to...
