This is the best Asian fusion restaurant in tulsa. If you are looking for exquisite, unique, and flavorful combinations and pairings, you are at the right page. No other restaurant in Tulsa compares. Whether it be from KEO owner Zahita’s personal cookbook or it be from bartender Dallas’ masterful cocktail combinations, KEO brookside or south, this restaurant is unmatched in its performance and execution in delivering the best tastes to its Tulsa patrons. After having tried almost every item on the menu after 7+ years of going here, I believe that it’s menu selections, seasonal or not, are superior offerings of any restaurant of its kind.
My GO TO order:
To start : Cambodian Spring Rolls / Crispy Calamari / Tempura Vegetables.
On the lighter side : Vermicelli salad with Beef. Delicious, light, easy.
Soup(s): Tom Yum Soup or Pho, (any protein). Can’t go wrong.
Specialties: Pad Thai, Cambodian Stir Fry, Wagyu Burger, Korean Bibimbap, and Grilled Yellowfin Tuna.
Cocktails: Uncle Val’s Thai - if you are a gin fan, this should be your drink. All of the cocktails at KEO are handcrafted infusions with original ingredients. This one is done extremely well. KEO House Martini - Perfect mix every time.
I’ve read many comments, especially from those that visit the south location, suggesting the food is too spicy. That’s what happens when you visit a restaurant that doesn't only use salt and pepper folks....
Read moreOrdered from Grubhub specifically the restaurant on Yale, specified no egg on pad thai and no shrimp in spring rolls, a burger and some crispy rolls, order arrived....lunch total $68, both items were prepared wrong. I tried to call the restaurant, busy signal for 20 minutes.... called Grubhub and reported the order wrong. When the lady from Grubhub came back on the phone, she told me that the restaurant needs you to 'call ahead' to eliminate shrimp from the spring rolls! Despite the fact that it was in writing on my order! Ridiculous, they could have called and let me know so that I could have chosen something else. NO explanation however for the fact that they put egg in my pad thai after I specified no egg. As far as I'm concerned, this place is a joke. Not worth the price of the food ESPECIALLY if they don't want to take responsibility for not preparing my order correctly! Save your money and frustration, go somewhere else! I received a refund for the food that was wrong, but they would not re-deliver, so no lunch for me...
Read moreKEO is my go to restaurant in Tulsa. I have been to the Peoria location but I live near the South Tulsa location so I'm a regular customer at that location. It is important to me that the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. KEO meets the bill. All beef is wagyu, even the hamburger which they grind in house.
Usually, I don't go to an asian restaurant for a hamburger, but I will take a KEO hamburger over almost any other place in town. I usually order one of their Thai dishes, Thai sweet basil is perfect. It comes without heat, but you can order heat level 1-5. Level three is where they add fresh hot peppers. If 5 isn't hot enough they will bring you a small cup of fresh sliced peppers. Usually they have ghost peppers or Carolina reapers. Those will make your head sweat!!
KEO also has great soups, ramen, pho, tom yum and tom kai.
In the stir fry section there are many choices, all of them are great.
For those that like steak , they also have a...
