I’m came here a few days ago ordered some food on my way home. I pull up to the window and get my total. I pay for it but I don’t get my change or my recite. The lady who took my payment, closed the register so it was official that she wasn’t going to give me my change. My recite was also on the tray in front of the window. Once I get my food the lady in the window asked me if I needed any sauces I told her yes I would like some ketchup and I’d like my change and my recite. She sighed and closed the window and called for her manager so she could give me my change. Once I got it I was a little upset but I’d get get over it. By the time I got home I opened my bag and regret not opening it while I was there. They got my order half right. I ordered a large fry and a chicken sandwich and they gave me a small fry. The chicken sandwich was fine, nothing was wrong with it. There is a big difference between a large and a small fry. I drove back up there and pulled up to their drive in and pressed the button. I waited awhile for them to answer and once they did they proceeded to tell me to wait. So I did. Then when they asked how can I help you I replied asking for a manager. When the manager came out he seemed very respectful and listened to the issue I had. I asked him for a refund and to fix my order. He took my recite and the small fry. When he came out he didn’t give me a full refund he refunded me for a large fry. Then walked off to help someone else. By then I was absolutely fed up with the crew they had that night. So I just left otherwise I would have been yelling at them which I didn’t want to do. The fact that the manager did a half job and didn’t even finish with me is very...
Read moreNick just saved the evening! I'm going go attach a photo of the Sonic at 91st and Memorial, which dropped the ball in a big way tonight. We ordered on the app at 10:15ish and were at 91st and Memorial Sonic employee made eye contact with us (over 30 mins prior to closing) and then she TURNED. OFF. THE. LIGHTS. We had already paid for our food, and she just decided to close up shop and not make our drinks and food. We called, thinking we were dialing that Sonic, but we ended up getting the one just up the road on Yale. The lady we spoke with was very polite and apologetic, and she asked if we'd hold one moment to speak with her manager. Nick was one of the most polite people on the phone and offered to make the food for us at their location if we'd drive over (2 miles further up the road) which we agreed to as we were starving and we'd already paid for our meal. When we arrived we pulled in and I immediately noted how much better kept this location is than the previous and how cute the detailed updates to their building are! Nick came to the window to speak with us and assured us that he would speak with the owner of the store so the issues there could be addressed. We were all very impressed with their customer service and professionalism....
Read moreI don't generally post online reviews, but I thought today's experience deserved one. I went through the drive through and they were a little busy and the line was not horrible but long enough for me to worry about being on time to open the clinic that I work at. When I got to the window, the lady apologised for being late, and said that one of the employees was running late. She said this with a smile and I could tell that she was being very understanding of her employee. Had she told me that with a condescending attitude in regards to her employee, I wouldn't have left this review....but she didn't. I could see that she had extended a form of grace to her employee, and though I was a little late, I don't mind. Life happens, people run late sometimes. I was thrilled to see someone jumping in and picking up the slack for a bit, even though it ment the line took a little longer. We need more people like that. By the way, the all natural lemonade...
