Update two years later I stopped here because I forgot I attempted to use the drive thru I was greeted I spoke back I made my request and was told do I mind coming inside if I didnāt mind I would have used that option I said have a good day and left I called to inquire On why I needed to come inside Shannon was rude and short argumentative on answer stated she was doing a drop and the man on speaker was helping someone they never asked me to hold I tried to explain why I didnāt get out car she hung up crazy folks angry at 10 am I canāt get a wrap with my own money lol hiring rates so bad yāall will hire anyone that comes
Upon walking in we were greeted by a lovely lady with frames I believe native however the other two white women one older one younger not so friendly the older lady stared us down the entire time we stood in line the younger lady walked in from a door and put on gloves never washed her hands she proceeded to make sand which we asked for a flat bread and she pulled out the most beat up bread she could locate was torn and lumpy no way it would have rolled up we asked for another and she said what you want two he said no I want one not ripped she turned to get another while huffing and puffing loudly and as she was attempting to lay it down she ripped it but you could tell it was intentional she was being overly aggressive as if she was flipping dough or something totally behooved me so we told her to have a nice day and left and based upon other reviews these are ongoing issues at this establishment and you all offer a drive thru I can only imagine the number of returns you get because if your doing that In peoples faces i canāt fathom what you do behind...

I ordered a sandwich with extra pickles and olives, and (as always) offered to pay extra, we're living through a wild period of inflation right now. I get it. The manager comes out of the back and is yelling at the employees that it needs to be rang up as a salad if I want that many veggies and that the food cost is way too high at their store and they need to work on getting it lowered (all valid points, but maybe have that conversation in team huddles? Not in heated discussions in front of your patrons) there were, what felt like, 15 people behind the counter and maybe 2 brain cells actually clicking together. Subway is a once a quarter treat for me, where I enjoy getting a customized sandwich, but if that's the way this location wants to run things, I won't be coming back. The old manager and I had a rapport and she remembered my name and it felt good coming to get a sandwich from this location. Today I felt like I was belittled and judged over the decisions I was making. The girl who made my sandwich was patient and kind, which I appreciated. The guy who wrapped my sandwich seemed like he had never had to wrap a sandwich that wasn't one layer of meat and cheese, and the two supervisors on duty both kept looking at me like I was something unsightly on the bottom of their shoe they would rather not ever have to see again. It has to come as is.ā I said Iām not adding anything. I just donāt want avocado because I have an allergy and no sauce would be nice. Iām only taking things off. Less work for them honestly. They acted like I was crazy and started it but then was making it wrong, like the wrong wrap. I asked why the lettuce when the description said spinach and they kept saying I couldnāt add. I wasnāt trying to. They were dressing it incorrectly in the first place. I can read the descriptionā¦Then a she grabbed some sauce I said āoh no sauce please.ā As she squirted a huge amount of sauce on the wrap. At that point I didnāt want it. I have food allergies so random sauces are a no go. They were busy with door dash but we were the only customers in the store and they just didnāt communicate well. Plus why canāt I get a wrap with whatever I want just a I could a sandwich?? Makes literally no sense.
