Subway — Restaurant in Tulsa

of the local subway locations this one is closest to where i live. but aside from location the advantages end there. I order online / app and pick up, so maybe watching the person make it in front of you would yield different results. but in general of the half dozen or so times i have used this location each time i have been underwhelmed. from ingredients simply being completely left off, cooked improperly, wrong sauces.... or in the most recent case which prompted this review..... Ordered 2 turkey bacon guac subs...... (the most expensive sandwich this location offers) also one i commonly get and like. I understand its a sandwich not a buffet and it doesn't need to be packed so full it falls apart. but if your location is forced to scale back to cut costs down to 4 leafs of spinach and 3 strings of onion on a 12" sandwich... you aren't long for this world. and i guess maybe the guac part (which is heavily charged for) must have been a scary story about avacados the sandwich was once told in passing. because apart from a greenish slimy residue it surely wasn't actually on the sandwich.

I placed an order this evening for mobile pickup. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by this smiling young lady. Gave her my name, she grabbed my order and handed it to me with a smile. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies. As she was handing me my order, she explained that they had run out of chocolate chip cookies so she gave me 1 double chocolate and 5 chocolate chip cookies. I said no problem and thank you. She was smiling so big and just radiated joy. Very refreshing. When I got home I found my sandwich was made just the way I ordered it, I had 5 chocolate chip cookies and a double chocolate cookie. I have covid and decided to order online. Got my order quickly and it appeared correct except I did not order long blonde hair in my chicken bacon ranch sub. I found multiple hairs as I was chowing down on my sub, tried to call the business and not one time did they answer. After 10 calls that hung up after waiting several minutes without speaking to a single person I was done. There also looked to be mysterious possible blood stains on the subway inner sub wrapper which I hope is somehow from the toasted bacon but from this experience I just know it's bad.
