Torchy's Tacos — Restaurant in Tulsa

I order chips and queso to go around 8:00pm on a weekday. When I got there they said it wasn’t ready and told me to sit. I walked up to ask them after 10 minutes of not seeing my order come out since the online website stated it was ready for pickup, to ask if my order was ready. The lady at the front never asked for order number or what I ordered she asked for my name twice as I told her my name twice. Never asked how it was spelled or anything. At this point I waited 20 minutes for my order and still nothing. I finally walked up again as I was upset because it was only chips and queso that I ordered and asked them how much longer it was going to take since it clearly doesn’t take long to scoop queso and put chips in a bag. She finally asked to see my order and walked back to the kitchen, came out with my order laughing saying they were looking for CASEY not KC. As I heard the whole kitchen saying “Oh!” She told me it’s been sitting back there with no apology. I grabbed my order and left. I was very upset because morning crew is amazing and gets my order out every time, this the manager was rude and didn’t take the situation very serious. As I left I called the store back to advise the manager of the issue. I told her I don’t want nothing to be refunded I just need for her to talk to her staff to make sure for the next customer that they don’t treat anyone like how they did me. Assuming how people spell there name. The manager was rude and was talking over me and I had to raise my voice to talk over her to tell her that she doesn’t need to be talking over her customers and she doesn’t have any customer service. She doesn’t need to be a manager if she can’t handle people on the same level of customer service as her customers. She was mad and hung up the phone on me. I only eat here two to three times a week. So this is a big issue when night crew can’t get there...

And let's talk about the food for a moment - "amazing" barely does it justice. Every bite was a flavor explosion, perfectly crafted and seasoned to taco perfection. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were bold, and the presentation was just as delightful as the taste.

Edit -- 8/31/19 - I am reducing my original review from a 4 star to a 1 star since there have been some recent issues that i have had. The first time we went in there, it was nice, good service and food but the service has been amazingly horrible recently. The last 4 times i went in there has been just a really bad experience and im now thinking that this is a (new?) norm for them. The first of the 4 bad experiences i had was me waiting 40 mins for 3 tacos, they were a little busy but not standing room only. The next two times was me trying to order take away in which i repeated my order multiple times to both the cashier and the person giving me the bag of tacos, and i got home with the wrong tacos both times. The last time, i ordered online and went to pick up my 2 tacos about 30 mins after i ordered and i ended up waiting another 20 mins for the tacos and i wasnt alone waiting a long time that night... it seemed like there were online/phone order people waiting there for as long as i did if not longer. The bad thing, is that i tried to connect with Torcy's through their website by making a comment (a couple of times), and there was no response at all... The organization really needs to review their process for taking orders and making those orders...

Old Review--- Very nice location with a fast ish food approach to food. You order the food you would like at the counter and then they deliver it to you where ever you go sit!!! It's cool because they have a device that tells them exactly where you sit! They have really good food and good drinks! My wife is gluten free and they had a separate menu specifically for that! I will be going back to...
