The managers seems to not care enough about cleanliness heavy set light skinned gentleman who's working drive-thru taking the money helps the managers make food without his gloves or washing his hands and helps everyone one else as well. While ocasionally stands dead center of the walk through behind the counter where everyone can see him clearly see him on his phone that he uses at the gas pumps more than likely & probably even while on the toilet. I'm for certain its in his hand when hes opening every random door. Then he puts his phone aka germ device that the managers does not mind him having out at work back in his pocket. Then continues to assist with preparing food. The African-American young man with the dreadlocks that hangs in front of his eyes suspiciously watches you the entire time while leaning up against deep fryer casually. The young lady working the front cash register takes the money she goes and bags the food and may even touch a fry or two and give some unwanted money seasoning. The Caucasian manager is prepping and preparing food in the back without any gloves as well so the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree this is a obvious reflection and representation of the management. The shorter manager that wears a hat and glasses have the heavy set drive-thru worker who takes the money & won't wash his hands and doesn't wear any gloves and who's on his phone while working he helps him directly prepare food and no one says anything.. this place is a germ pool. Corona is seasoning in this place. They are carefully nasty if that...
Read moreI ordered my meals via the app, and that turned out to be a rather huge mistake. First, the app errored out when we attempted to notify the restaurant that we were in the curbside spot. When I went inside to tell them personally, I was first informed that they would get to work on the order immediately. After waiting for close to 15 minutes, I went back inside again to see what the problem was. It was that I learned that they never checked me I to begin with. They then put my order together. Once I got back in my car, I discovered that they were missing my strawberry Frosty. They tried to correct the mistake, but alas! There was no strawberry Frosty today!
At least they apologized for the misfortune, and refunded the cost of the stinking frosty. But I certainly learned a valuable lesson here, folks! If you want your Wendy's... stick with the drive thru!
##EDIT OVER A YEAR LATER## I wish that I could remember how long ago I left that precious review. What I can tell you, though, is that it was over a year ago. Soon after that incident, another order turned into a fiasco, so we just decided not to return.
Fast forward to today, when we (trepidatiously) attempted to see if matters had improved. Imagine my utter shock when tonight's order was screwed up, too. I'm at least grateful that they put the bacon on my burger. We had, however, ordered a Single and a Double, not two Singles like we receiveed.
Guess I won't be coming back for another couple of Years. Good luck,...
Read moreUpdate....went back to try again since they finished their remodel inside the store. Tried to use my Jr Frosty keychain tab for a free Jr Frosty. The employee informed me the customer has to make a purchase to get the frosty for free I told them I've never had to do this before they summoned the manager and I was impressed by her attention to detail, ability to listen and general leadership she offered to call her district manager and confirmed a purchase is required which is fine as long as it's consistent at all stores. I told her about my previous experience and she apologized and offered me a free frosty for my bad experience, not the key chain coupon. Happy to see things are getting better at this Wendy's Worth going back to now đ
Previous experience......Horrible drive thru experience. Store didn't look busy until I pulled around to the back and then noticed the drive thru was only taking order one at a time, then having them pull around and serve them and make the next car wait. So once I was served, 5 minute wait, I ordered. Then pulled around and was parked ahead to wait on fries. Then they forgot I was there. I waited more than 15 minutes before getting back in line to find out where my food was. They acted as if this was normal and I was making a big deal out of nothing. No apology. Totally clueless. No management leadership or customer service value. And people wonder why chick-fil-a is doing so well Stay away from this awful wendy's...
