The Pattaya thai restaurant is great but we ordered here because it was closer hoping for a quick Togo experience. We ordered 1 pad thai and 1 pineapple fried rice and a fresh roll. We called in our order and waited just shy of an hour. The person who took our order seemed confused during ordering. When we arrived for pickup 20 min after ordering they seemed flustered that they maybe forgot to start our food so started it then. We waited in the car with screaming kids for another 30 min after they said they would bring it to us when it was ready. When we walked back up to ask if it was ready yet since it had been 30 min they again seemed confused on who I was. Mind you we had already paid etc. I reminded them of my order and she finally realized where our food was and we left. Hang on though it gets worse! We received 2 orders of pad thai instead of the pineapple fried rice and also 1 very badly made fresh roll. They used pad thai noodles in it instead of vermicelli. Needing a quick meal in the midst of getting things done during the day was a huge let down here with it being incorrect and so slow. It set us back on our plans for the day. Go figure its also impossible to get ahold of anyone for...

I’ve ordered the Thai fried rice and mango sticky rice from Nana Pattaya Express several times now—and I’ll keep coming back. They’re absolutely one of my favorites.

That said, I must say some of the reviews listed here are ignorant, and frankly, biased.

While I agree that the fried rice was a bit too spicy for a level 2 heat the first time I ordered it, I’ve since requested it with level 0 spiciness and less salt—and it came out perfect.

As for the mango sticky rice, I couldn’t help but cackled at the comment claiming that the green hue on the sticky rice is a food safety concern. The ignorance and arrogance really showed through.

If you’re unfamiliar with Southeast Asian food culture, do yourself a favor and Google the word “pandan.” You’ll understand exactly what it is.

Good food comes with a willingness to explore and respect cultural differences. Nana Pattaya Express is a gem for those who appreciate authentic flavors and are open to learning along the way.

P.S. The cashier and chef has been nothing but kind, polite and cordial to me. And I don’t even speak Thai. Maybe try to be a decent human being and be nicer to them? They ain’t your...

If you would like to have good thai food please try Pad Thai Express. I love Thai Pattaya thai express food truck food was not it. Everyone was super friendly but the food just didn't taste the way it should in my opinion. I ordered spring rolls. The rolls were very sloppy, (they should be rolled and packed tight), had strange ingredients that I have never seen in spring rolls like radishes?? I asked for extra sauce and the peanut sauce had strange flavors added into it that made it taste spicy and not complimenting the base flavor at all...and the other sauce was like a thick texture and did not match with the rolls at all. My pad Thai was really tomato-ey, it looks like pad Thai but tastes nothing like you would expect. I have eaten Thai food all around the state, its my fave! but y'all this place I would pass on going forward. This was my second attempt and they did not redeem...

Spend your money elsewhere, the food is not good and thier food safety is unacceptable. Every visit is worse than the last, but today was just unacceptable. My Tom Ka soup was bland and full of chicken that somehow had no flavor - for $16 it is a joke. Pad See Ew and drunken noodles were again bland. The mango sticky rice is very clearly a batch made a week ago, and is literally green and smells rancid. Eating this would have hospitalized someone. I have NEVER seen something that egregious from a restraunt. The pictures attached don't show the sickly green hue and i just can't convey how bad the smell is. I opened everything at home and just don't have time to go back and be angry with them, so I'm letting everyone know to avoid and won't be giving them any more chances. Two stars is me being kind.

I have 4 dishes that I truly love, it's so hard to decide so I have to alternate at each visit even though my mind is telling me to order what I had the week prior. I go there atleast 1-2 times a week, they are fast and easy to order online to just pick up when I am on the go! Today I got the Thai fried rice with a level 2 for spiciness. The other dishes are the Spicy Fried Rice, Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai all with a level 2 - 3 spiciness. Left overs are great for dinner or next day lunch You will just have to try these if you haven't already! Reasonably priced.
