We had a party of 3 that came in for a birthday. Service was fast , the place was clean and stylish. When you come in you stand in line at the register like fast food& take a number , then they deliver food to the table. There were a few seats outside. I didn’t notice it being overly loud or cold it was very comfortable. flavors were amazing ! my only complaint was the MASS Amount of grease that poured out from the carnitas tacos. They were AMAZINGLY flavorful! But there was about 2 +tablespoons of thick grease that poured out of each taco & it was excessive. I’m used to some greasey liquid that’s like a combo of pork juices and grease but this was super thick almost like straight oil? Still the flavor was amazing so can’t say I wouldn’t eat them again , HAPPILY! maybe the magic is in the grease ? Haha. We got $20 tequila shots that were amazingly smooth & the margaritas were perfectly flavored not too overpowering , tequila was very smooth top notch. however the crushed ice in the margaritas takes up 2/3 of the cup so it didn’t feel like much actual drink for the price: I outweighed that by the fact that they were perfectly made tho. Went next door for ice cream after properly stuffing ourselves with tacos

Finally decided to give this place a try! Overall I thought it was moderately good. Getting 3 meals and a side of endless guacamole and chips came out to around $60 after tip, not bad! I loved the heaping bowl of guacamole we ordered and were able to take the rest home in a container. Despite it being busy and full on a Wednesday night, our food arrived in under 10 minutes. I decided to get something I’ve never had before, a mulita. It was pretty tasty and the two shells are supposed to be crispy, but I don’t think it’s my favorite and I want to try something different next time. My boyfriend got the Quesa Birria and said it’s the best one he’s had in a long time. I was a little sad seeing how small the rice and beans are, I’m used to getting half a plate portions at other restaurants. For $14, I got a solid amount of food and there were no leftovers. Prices seem moderate, atmosphere was nice, staff seemed polite. Free water station was nice!

It was our first time here. Went at 12pm, very buzy. We ate outside. The inside looks very nice and has a huge bar set up. Their menu actually has a bigger bar menu than food! You order your food at the counter and sit yourself. We all had water. No one checked on us to see how we were doing. The food itself was a hot and miss. The side of guacamole with chips is delicious, not overly loaded with onions. I had the chicken taco, it was dry. You jave to order rice and beans ala carte. They were very good. My daughter enjoyed her quesa brierra was yummy, my friends chicken quesadilla was huge and very tasty. She took home a wet beef burrito for her husband It's the size of a loaf of bread! We will most likely be back again .

I've been to Tumwater Taco Company several times now. The quality of the food is excellent. The carne asada meat is moist, not dry and tastes fresh. The fish tacos are breaded Pollock and tasted clean and delicious with no fishy smell hanging around. The tortilla chips are crisp and have enough mass to not break easily. The many salsas provide that splash of tang with offerings of varying heat levels. The tacos and burritos are priced to be an excellent value for Thurston county and the happy hour is a great time to gather with family and friends without busting your budget

Speaking of happy hour ... There are lots of tequila choices. The margaritas are not weak but well balanced and folks, don't underestimate their ability to make you, um, happy.

Another very important mention needs to go to the management and staff. They want you to have a good experience. I originally had some concerns but they have put those concerns to rest and I'm impressed with how all of the customers I observed are enjoying the food, drinks and time at the Tumwater Taco Company. So, don't hesitate to visit them because life is too short to ignore all of...

Went in on a Tuesday night before a holiday… they were fairly busy but there were some open tables. The space is really nice and airy and there is a patio, but it is small so if it’s a busy night, don’t expect to get a table with a large party. Our group of 7 opted to get our food to go and sit outside by the food trucks. Unfortunately they don’t have buzzers anymore (this was a really nice feature of the food truck) so they told us to just check back in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes and everyone else in our party having gotten their orders, we checked in with them and they had lost our order. They did make it quickly and were apologetic about it, but didn’t offer to comp anything. In our opinion, it wasn’t worth the wait - the burritos were mostly beans and rice and pretty dry. For $16 you would expect salsa to come with them but everything seems to be an extra charge. I did like the mushroom tinga vegetarian option. Overall we liked TTC much better when it was a food truck… hopefully with time they will work out some kinks in...
