The system will not allow me to give a zero star.. We have been paying on a stove, refrigerator and washer/ dryer set for a year nearly.. The fridge we had was supposed to be temporary while we wait for our side by side to come in, well guess what still no side by side and a mess of excuses as to why.. Few months ago the stove acted up and we called it in well needless to say my husband had to fix the stove, now the fridge is out and we have called and spoke with both mgrs and they blame the other one for not doing their job and a week later still no working fridge or anyone to come out to fix it or replace it and called again today and guess what I have to call back tomorrow for the other mgr to be there.. I pay ever week, it comes out of my account automatically and so I am just paying for junk that doesn't work to a company full of employees that do not care either way.. It's pretty sorry to treat paying customers this way.. Now if I wasnt paying my bill u would be at my door to pick the equipment up.. It's not as if this is our first go around with them over something but a few issues at hand that never seem to be resolved and they could careless if I have them come get their stuff and go somewhere else.. The "asst mgr" Fran said they could arrange it but I still have to call back next day to have that set up as well.. SMH!!! 🤦♀️ If you are looking for a good rent to own place I would recommend to bypass Best Way and try the next one down...

Read moreI had rented a computer for school and I ended up taking it back a week before because I didn't want to get charged. I was told when I took it back I would get credited a week. I had paid up front for the whole month. After talking to the store manager he proceeds to tell me that he can not refund me a week and so basically, I just lost money. Not sure if I will ever do business with this company again. Very disgusted...
