Do NOT recommend this store!!!! I’m not a type of person to write reviews, especially bad ones but this is RIDICULOUS. My boyfriend traded his Play Station 4 (with two controllers and 9 games) for a Play Station 2. When we made this trade we were not told that we only have 24 hours to return it and get the Play Station 4 back if we wanted to. When we went home to try the Play Station 2 out we seen that they gave us a cord that was not even for that Play Station. Then the next day after we got the right cord we tried to charge the one controller that they gave us and it was broke! It was in bad damage and one of the workers even said “Oh this is in bad shape.” acting surprised. My boyfriend realized after playing the Play Station 2 that it was not like he expected so we drove back to Tupelo to trade back or just get a decent amount of money so we could buy his Play Station 4 from them. My boyfriend bought 9+ games for the Play Station 2, which was more than $60 when I calculated it. So today we went up there and he came out of the store with just $36 in his hand and no gaming console. I went in there to see what they had to say about this and they said it would be more than $193 to buy his Play Station 4 back and they could not give any more money for him turning the Play Station 2 back in. I am not the only one who thinks that this is a complete rip off. If he paid more than $60 in just games why are we only getting $36??? This makes NO sense. Corporate...

I typically go to the store to get some pretty okay games. I went to sell my entire funko collection, that even I scanned and looked up the prices, and got $20, when I was told on the phone it was going to be close to $200, which was what I had came around getting when I scanned them myself. Went to get Assassin Creed Unity and they assured me it worked and came home and it didn't even turn on because the disk was so scratched. Went to them to ask them about it they said that with no receipt that I couldn't even get a new copy of the game so spent and extra $10 to get a new copy in hopes that it had worked this time. Then called to ask about selling an old 360 where I had done my research and they wanted to give $17. I think not when the console and all the cords and controller are literally worth $60-250, on numerous websites.The female there is extremely helpful with the things that she knows. All the guys there act like they are all superior and that they are better than everyone else in every way, and won't even ask if someone needs help or if they want to look at something behind the counter they get all upset over it. They constantly leave the store to smoke outside while the female is left alone with over 15 people in the store trying to either check out ask questions or sell something. They are definitely losing me since I can go to alpha gaming or GameStop and be treated with more respect and...

I called and asked if they had any PlayStation 5’s in stock and the guy at the desk said they had disk drives and digital and the digital is cheaper so I told him I was on my way to come get it. I have epilepsy and I can’t drive so I convinced a friend to drive me up there so I can grab it. When I got there I told the guy I was the one who called and he said “oh shoot hold on let me go look and see if I even have any.” And then proceeded to tell me when he got back from checking that they didn’t have one. So not only did I waste mine and my friends time for dragging him to the place but they were too lazy to even check before I got there. This is unprofessional at its finest. So if anybody is going to call and see if they have anything make sure you tell them how to do there job so you don’t waste your time and gas money on people who don’t care enough to walk 15 feet to the back to see if they even have what you want. ...
