Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Turlock

I go to this Dutch Bros all the time today had the worst experience nobody was outside, taking orders. They were going one by one to the window. Finally, somebody came out and was taking their time with each car I get people have to order, but when you have two full lines, you would think you would be moving a little bit faster in a polite manner. I get up to the window. She goes through my order and I let her know. Yes I have two of the exact same and I let her know that they needed to have somebody else go outside. She was sitting there, smiling saying we don’t have any one which there was two girls making the drinks and she was just standing there and I asked her what are you doing? Well, it’s my job to sit here and communicate with you. Nobody’s job should be standing there and not doing anything And just watching Like you could be making drinks and wiping them down and handing them out she was very rude. My drinks were watered down didn’t even taste like normal was not satisfied with the performance they gave. The girl that was rude her name was Alexis I went back to have them redo my drinks and she was actually helping so I guess her job title is not just standing there. When they remain my drinks, they were still gross so I came over to Monte Vista and I showed them and the guy was like wow those look disgusting and he remade them for me !!! 2 stars is because of bad management I experienced during a recent visit.,

I been to this location many times since is only one of two currently in Turlock. Most times the experience as pleasant as it can be going for a coffee at Dutch.

However on 1/19/25 the drive thru management was a mess. Initially I thought it was only me but as I talked with, asst. manager, Genny Biggs another car behind me also got skipped. After I explained the situation to Madie, her response was to say that I could have been the one that was lying about being skipped. She also said that there wasn't anything she could do on a busy day. (It wasn't an abnormally busy and I didn't want anything. ). How about having the current employee taking orders take a couple of seconds to tell the order of costumers to the replacement employee?

This is literally the best Dutch Bros I’ve ever had in my life every single time I go there they’re friendly, no matter who’s working. I can’t just compliment one person when they’re all equally amazing. My coffee has never been bad and I’ve been going there for over a year since they opened, they’re so nice to my dog. I have a black pitbull that is very friendly And they’re so welcoming there and so nice to my dog.
