Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Turlock

I went in there with my daughter to get a treat for New Years Eve!! I was the only customer in there at the time. There was only one women working there at the time. She did had a female companion with her, but was not working with her. I went up to the counter to order. I needed help ordering something from the menu. When I would ask her something about the menu. Instead of helping me she would just laugh, not look at me, and talk to me in a condescending way. Making it more confusing for me and trying to makr feel stupid for asking anything. I thought maybe she might be having a bad day. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt I kept ordering. I should have just left then, but I was still trying to order for my child. As time kept going on she got progressively worse. She started taping her finger on the counter, sighing, rolling her eyes. I definitely was bothering her by being there and wasting her precious time on the Job. I would tell her, "Thank you", she would ignore me like I wasnt even there. It felt like she was being force to work there. On top of all that she got all the orders wrong. I finally ask her for her name at the end (Erik). As I left with my daughter. We were parked right in front and I could see her laughing with her friend well looking straight back at vehicle. It's not okay to make yourself higher and treat somebody lower! Its not alright to a bully. I feel sad something was definitely wrong with you. I hope no one else gets treated like this again. On the plus side, I order food next door and they were super kind! And wished us a happy...

Me and husband decided to try a new Boba place since Quickly isn't really good anymore and so my husband orders our drinks and they were actually good so we decided to come back same day. The girl taking our order first was fine but when we came back my husband got down just to order when the other girl (that had been their earlier when we order the first time) She was the one who insisted on taking my man's order and remembered his drink from the first time around but yet even tho my husband was describing my drink she was too mesmerized by my husband to even get my drink correct and she even told him she remembered his drink yet screwed up mine....I was pissed tbh. So sad becuz the Boba was good but that service was terrible and her flirting at my husband after him clearing telling her he has a wife and she seeing me is pretty sad. Not gonna go back becuz my husband doesn't want me to feel uncomfortable and I honestly don't like to be around people who can't respect a...

Went in about an hour before closing and honestly wish I hadn’t bothered. I’m new to trying tea and they were out of the cocoa tea I usually get. I asked the girl working for a recommendation and she couldn’t have cared less — no effort to help, just stood there like I was bothering her.

I ended up getting taro tea because of a picture on the wall that looked brown, but it came out purple. One sip and it was disgusting — bitter and nothing like what I expected. I told her I didn’t like it, and she just shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything.

For a big chain like Kung Fu Tea, the lack of customer service is ridiculous. No care for customers, no effort to make things right. Won’t be coming back — plenty of other places that actually value...
