Ono Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Turlock

I’m deeply disappointed in Oho Hawaiian BBQ. I order through DoorDash & my total was $31+ for one meal. Of course Oho Hawaiian only charged me $22.25 & the rest of the fee went to Doordash I’m assuming. I figured it’s convenient fee I’m paying for bc I didn’t want to drive & pick up my food with No Fee today. I got my 1st covid19 vaccine yesterday & I didn’t feel good. I ordered the BBQ chicken & Beef combo. I figured I’d eat the chicken & vegetables & give the white rice/Macaroni salad & beef to my daughter. The chicken was great but I only got 1 piece of broccoli 🥦 & 3 pieces of cabbage 🥬. The Last time I omitted the rice & macaroni salad for more broccoli 🥦 but I only got cabbage 🥬 & the meat NO broccoli. I’m DONE ordering through delivery bc I think 💭 Oho Hawaiian doesn’t care to get the order right & send off fresh food. The beef I got today looked like it was sitting for awhile. Too pay over $30 for one meal that falls below standards is unacceptable to me. I would give Oho Hawaiian 1⭐️ But they have served good food before covid19 hit so I gave them 3⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would love to say everything was great unfortunately one of the employees that work there tall American with a beard guy was so rude it was me and my friend and her two kids the guy that took our order was nice and patient we received our food and it was great we set aside our trays on the table beside us since they are big and don’t fit the table right and with two kids he come over and says are these your plates I replied with a yes we can pick them up when we’re done just trying to be nice and he rudely said well I can’t have them on the table! I would understand if the place was full of customers so they can sit and eat but there was only one other family there so I picked up my tray took it to the trash area and he goes to pick them up and kinda slams it on the trash can this was on 8-28-24 around 5:40pm. I placed an online order 12/07/2021 through their online ordering. I ordered 2 spam masubi totaling to $12.14 Whenever I tried to checkout the site couldn’t complete my order and was declining my card. I checked my statements and I was charged 4 times totaling $48.56 but I was never given a receipt or order confirmation, but yet the money was instantly taken out of my account. So I went down to the store to get it fixed same day just to find out they can’t find my name in their system and their management was not in to handle this.
