Please what ever you do do not use this GameStop Brandon didn't even know where the serial number was on my sons brand Nintendo 3DS and only wanted to buy it from him for 60 bucks and in store credit at that and said he couldn't buy it without a serial number so we drove there for nothing I was so irritated with the lack of knowledge we went to the Geer road location and these guys are amazing I'll never go anywhere else again Geer road knew right where the serial number was and gave my son 100 bucks which was well worth it brand new and played like five times Save yourself money and a head ache and only use the Geer road location. If I can put zero stars I would. Where helpful and nice when I purchased the Nintendo switch. When the console was defective within the 30 days. They showed me a separate paper form from back of the register saying they had changed there 30 day policy and couldn't return the console. Which the receipt said within 30 days on new consoles of any defect can be returned. Was embarrassing in front of other customers. I called the store in Merced, CA on olive Ave. They didn't question the return and exchanged on the console. 100% professional. Thank you game stop in Merced , CA. Will not be going to Turlock ...

Excellent management team very helpful and informative. Great staff as well.. I was finished with game stop due to the horrible lack of respect or concern for the customer at the Geer rd location and the countryside store really brought me to believe that the people that run these stores really do set the bar when it comes to good quality service or poor service and countryside really blew my mind when it came to helping a customer..
