I got the left over chow mein, green beans out, the wait is 6 min. If i wanted to wait. I was 1st in line when I walked in. The guy filled my order, but I had to wait 7 minutes for the girl to ring me up. She was in the back, then she walked by said she'd be right there, no she had to talk to the girl at drive up first, then come over and change out the cash drawer, then get the coin cartridge in. Put the cash drawer up on a shelf back by drive thru. Not secure at all. Then come and wait on me with her attitude, yes by then I had one too. Went to the drive thru because we had other things to do. The lady was very nice and cheerful. We were told we had to wait 5 minutes for one of our items, we figured 5 minutes not bad. Paid and pulled up front. 15 minutes later still no food, husband had to go inside and they said it would be a few more minutes. While other customers we saw go in to sit were eating exactly what we ordered. They offered us a side for the wait and gave us 1 egg roll to share. That was burnt. Gee thanks for the effort. I know it's just a sign of the times, but the portion size is definitely smaller than before the pandemic (and more expensive!) - I ordered the Plate with fried rice, Beijing beef, and the black pepper Angus beef. I literally only got one piece of angus beef mixed in with all the veggies. If they're gonna charge extra for angus beef, they better darn well make sure that there is more than one little piece of beef in there! The fried rice doesn't seem as good as before either.
