Taco Bell — Restaurant in Turlock

Let me just say this- I have been going to the same Taco Bell my whole life, and over the last few months I have been so incredibly impressed with how amazing this place has been. There’s a guy who works there- his name is Cooper, and he is by far the best customer service worker out there. He is so kind, attentive, and is very thorough when taking orders. Every single time I go through the drive through and I hear his voice I’m elated. He is fantastic. Cooper is what brings this Taco Bell to another level. I also work in food customer service, so I know how hard it is, and he is the prime example of what our companies want us to be. Worst experience at a Taco Bell yet, ordered 3 deluxe boxes with no sour cream on anything and a quesadilla with no creamy sauce, they managed to mess up each and every one of them, I had purchased two extra boxes for a couple unfortunate people who had also asked for no sour cream, when I came back to alert them to the mistake made, they asked for us to bring back the entire order otherwise they couldn't help us. So I wasted $40 on food that I ordered food with simple directions to not add one ingredient, which every item somehow had, and then they required me to bring back the entire order as proof, even though I came back about 15 minute after the initial order. Won't be coming back to this one, the Taco Bell on West Main has very rarely made this simple mistake and made it right...

The worst Taco Bell location on the the planet. Did a GrubHub order for two boxed meals and three additional items for a cost of $30. Half of the food was missing, nothing came in the usual meal boxes and items were missing from the food items that were delivered, the food items arrived in a sealed bag with Taco Stickers on it, so, the delivery person couldn't remove any items. How can you order a Double Grodita Cheesy Box and there is no Gordita at all, 2 tacos missing, one a Taco Supreme and the one Taco Supreme that was delivered was missing both cheese and tomatoes but had sour cream and also missing was a a Cheesy Rice and Bean Burrito. I called this Taco Bell, the assistant mgr was completely rude, never never again, beware and steer clear of this Taco...
