Absolutely outstanding Thai cuisine experience!

From the moment we stepped into this charming Thai restaurant, we were transported to the vibrant streets of Thailand. The ambiance was warm and inviting, adorned with beautiful décor that perfectly complemented the authentic Thai experience.

Now, let's talk about the food – it was simply divine! Every dish we ordered burst with flavor and freshness. The Pad Thai was a true standout, with perfectly cooked noodles and a tantalizing balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors. The Green Curry was rich and creamy, packed with tender vegetables and succulent chicken. And don't even get me started on the Tom Yum soup – it was an explosion of spicy and tangy goodness!

First time trying Thai Cuisine, we were greeted very quickly and seated and our hostess was nice in the beginning. (I am not one to post negative reviews) We ordered our food and started eating what we ordered. After a few bites in, I noticed there was a hair in our Yellow Curry and I waited to tell our hostess since she was helping a customer. When she was done I quietly told her i found a hair in my food. I told her we were no longer interested in eating it and she told us she cannot do anything about it and can't take it off our tab without proof- despite the fact that i placed the hair from the curry on a napkin to show her. Originally, we didn't ask her about taking it off, we were just telling her to see what she could do about it but we were not offered anything else and said she cannot take it off because it will come out of her paycheck. She got very rude and refused to listen to us. Keep in mind, we were trying to be polite about it but she kept being defensive and slowly getting louder. she kept telling us she doesn't know if it was us that put it in our own food. The walls were covered in food, and very dirty. Even the bathrooms were dirty. Ordered papaya salad which is a dish I have often from every Thai restaurant and this experience it was so salty and sour. I was not only charged for the dish but made to feel like I was a villain for asking for it to be removed off my tab. I have been getting food takeout from this place several times now and always had good experiences but sitting down the atmosphere was not clean and the fact that I had to pay for something that was spoiled and salty is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately they will definitely be losing my whole family’s business eating here again over one dish that could have just been removed from my tab. Also the lady tried to argue with me after I’ve worked in food industry for 16 years. She raised her voice and was acting like me asking to remove something I only could take one bite from was absurd. My daughter had the chow mein, and she thought it was good but undercooked. Sucks but true!...
