Well, I went there yesterday to order breakfast for my kids and sat in the drive-through for a few minutes and I thought oh they must be closed so you know I went to McDonald’s and said to figure out that they were open, so I went back again the next day it was like the lady in the drive-through had some kind of problem with me because she was extremely rude. I told her thank you and she had to be my bad. She hold her eyes slam the window close. I was trying to tell her I’d like my receipt wouldn’t open the window and give it to me very, very rude. I don’t understand why they were so rude because I was very polite. I will never go there again ever rude rude rude. and I did call corporate and complain because I work in customer service and that is not how you treat people I couldn’t figure it out. It was like if she knew me personally and had a problem with I kept staring at her cause I couldn’t figure it out why she being so rude. I was being very polite thank her thank you. She wouldn’t even say you’re welcome let alone tell me, thank you or repeat my order back to me rolled her eyes worked attitude I’ve ever seen on any employee in that restaurant. Everyone else is great. I went there several times before and never had this issue. I just will never go there again for breakfast I’ll go to Merced and I tried to order iced coffee and they didn’t have iced coffee. What kind of place opens up and has no iced coffee when I worked at McDonald’s that’s the first thing you get before we close so I know for a fact that they had...
Read moreWent to this Wendy’s on NYE and spent 27 dollars for a JBC, small fry, 4 piece chicken nugget, large fry, and biggie bag. That’s not very much food for 27 dollars right? To top it off, I waited behind 5 cars that were in n and out within 10 min. I thought that was quick for giving fresh food which Wendy’s promises? When I got to the window I waited over 5 min, thinking I must be waiting for a new round of food. I am given food that was hot to the the touch but once home I discovered this was food that must have been sitting for hours. My feeling is that they had made food and we’re just warming up and giving out as needed. I mean it was horrible. I was starving and have had my share of mid food and just sav’ed it out but this was awful. I’ve went to this Wendy’s in the past and the customer service is always rushed, short mannered, and indifferent and the food is rarely hot so this cements the fact that I won’t be giving my money to this Wendy’s anymore. I attempted to call all day NYE and got no answer, my feeling is I may not be the only one. Wendy’s May as well have been closed, the employees obviously didn’t want to be there and felt that goofing off and heating up old food was a...
Read moreWith fast food I never have high expectations; this being said, they have only gotten one order slightly wrong out of the ~50 times I have gone there while living in Turlock. The staff never has been anything but polite and pleasant, even at odd hours of the night or during peak hours. The only negative thing I would have to say has nothing to do with this particular Wendy's, just the chain (and every other restaurant and/or fast food chain besides Mc Donald's): soft drinks are over priced. I worked in the restaurant industry and learned that a 16 ounce soda (at a sit down restaurant; fast food would be even cheaper) only costs the establishment 5-10¢ per soda (that includes the labor required to take the order, pour it, bring it to a table, collect it from the table, wash the glass, and restock the syrup). Pricing a soda at $2+ is a bit much. However, as I said, this is out of the hands of the staff here.
TL;DR: this place is good. Soda is overpriced like everywhere else (not this...
