To the girl who left the terrible review after yelling at all the staff for 30 minutes.The staff at D. Dough were doing their absolute best — the place was packed, and everyone was working hard to keep things moving. The girl behind the counter was nothing but kind and respectful, even when she was being yelled at by that customer. You could tell she was on the verge of tears, and the manager stepped in to calmly defend her — which, honestly, is exactly what a good leader should do.
The employees were patient, polite, and even offered free drinks to make up for the long wait. Accidents and delays happen when it’s busy, but the way the staff handled it showed real professionalism and care. D.
