My boyfriend (who is feeling under the weather) and I stepped into this location to get some dinner. I was finishing up a time sensitive text when I got to the register, which took maybe 5 seconds to complete, and the worker checked his phone as a way to retaliate to my 5 second text. When I finally got his attention (he was on his phone for about 30 seconds), I ordered my sandwich and my boyfriend’s sandwich since his voice is almost gone. The worker mocked me and said “It’s nice of you to order for him even though he seems to be fully capable of ordering for himself.” I explained that I knew his order and he was feeling under the weather. He made fun of me for ordering for him, which I very much did not appreciate. I never got his name, which I regret, but I know I will never step foot in this Jimmy John’s again so I don’t have to interact with this man again. I have never reviewed anything in my life, But I feel compelled to make known just how much this jimmy Johns in particular has improved my quality of life. The employees at this jimmy johns are always personable and I really feel like they put care into their product. I am continually blown away by the efficiency of this well oiled machine. It is faster for me to grab a jimmy johns sandwich than it is for me to make one at home. And incredibly, the mind blowning pace at which these people operate never compromises the quality of the sandwich. My aim in this review is not to influence anyone. Short story we got sick after ordering. We ordered late night on 07/06/22 and we both still have diarrhea. It is now the 8th. Me and my significant other haven’t shared any other meals because we both work long hours. So, I know for a fact this is where the food poisoning came from. I also called today to speak to the manager, but, was told they were busy even after I said this was a sanitation and safety issue. I used to love this jimmy johns but their quality has drastically declined. I gave them another chance after swearing I would never go back. I learned my lesson.
