Crimson Wings — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

I have been a customer since the day they opened and have brung many friends and family members to their restaurant. I went to return two orders of boneless wings that was overly cooked and very very hard. This was my very first time returning a order not cooked right. The owner and cashier went back and forth with me saying that the time since I had bought them was shy they were hard. I told them it hadn’t been but an hr and I wouldn’t bring food back just to bring it being I had been a customer since day one of their opening. The owner said things were expensive so he could only give me what my children hadn’t eaten which out of two orders of 20 boneless wings equals 10! It was more than ten wings actually. The Coca Cola drink tasted disgusting and the day before the Coca Cola tasted the exact same….disgusting!!!!! I will NOT be giving my money to this restaurant owner ever again!!! How could you argue with a customer that has been your day opening customer who have brung you much service from...

I used to give them my business, but it looks like they soon won't be in business reading the reviews and looking at the parking lot. No one goes there anymore and it looks like they can't afford inventory. That must be why the owners are so angry. They just almost hit my car in traffic committing several driving violations and disregarding my signal. As I was trying to make a left on the frontage road in front of their business, (everyone knows which one I'm talking about) they went AROUND ME on the left. The wings are ok. The night I went, the wings were fried too hard, and so was the fish. Both food items looked like it had been fried in old grease, but it was seasoned good. The dining area is a mess, folding chairs and folding tables are used in the dining/seating area. They may need to go to drive through only. There was not a bathroom for you use, which is Ludacris! Both bathrooms had out of service tags on the door and a folding table stretched out in front of the hallway to deter people from going to the bathroom. I don't believe that, for one second, both bathrooms were out of order! If the bathrooms really were, then eww... where did the workers go to wash their hands and use the bathroom... yeah ok...
