Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Rarely, if ever, do I leave a review for a fast food place. They're usually all the same and nothing to phone home about. But when I say this place was clean as a whistle and the staff was so accommodating... they thought they didn't have any more mango flavoring for a drink and looked around for like 7 mins and finally came up with it. They could've just said they didn't have it like McDonald's with their ice cream machines being broken and just moved on. Instead, they went the extra mile to track some down and I truly appreciate how diligently they worked to provide a customer with wonderful service.

The bathroom was immaculate and the dinning room floor and seating was all spotless as well. I realize I came before the lunch rush, but I have a feeling that's just standard for them. The staff seem to hold themselves to a higher caliber dining experience than other restaurants locally and I truly commend them for that. Will certainly be back for those street burritos (or whatever...

On Sunday, April 7th, my girlfriend and I attempted to go through the drive-thru when it opened around 7:04A.M. The menu wasnt changed over to breakfest and no one answered the mic. We waited a bit then went back over to the front parking lot and attempted to go inside the doors were locked. We went back to our vehicle and waited a bit. I told my girlfriend to pull up to the front parking lot door. I noticed an African american male and African american female inside. Theyd see us, but continue to do etc and not unlock the doors. At 7:14 Am, I pulled out my phone and did a time stamped video of me trying to enter the building; We were unable to enter past opening time. They may have came in late and could had been understaffed starting, but they could atleast had opened the doors at opening hours. So be weary at breakfest time people you wont just be waiting to get food; You wont even be able to enter the building at 7Am of opening hours. As listed on the google...

The worst !!!! I will never be back. I hope a they hire a manager because obviously they do not have one . The sink in the mens room was broken and paper towel machine was not working properly and or out in both restrooms. The restrooms was filthy. The dining room was also filthy. They were not friendly at all. Our order was for there but was just thrown in a bag. The first 2 items was left off and they attempted 3 times for 20 minutes to correct this. They wasn't at all concerned about it. The boy in the kitchen was leaning back just standing there and the lady working drive thru was talking to him and on her personal cell phone for the entire time we was there waiting. They kept staring in the dining room at us waiting as if we had done something wrong. I have never been to a fast food restaurant and had this much trouble or been treated with such disrespect.
