I've had bad experiences with calling my order in and still had to.wait a long time but I still try to patronize. My recent experience was the worst. The employees were rude and even though mask are worn you can tell even their expressions were not nice. They recently started seeing whole catfish and have a board that advertises it. So I ask for it and you would have thought I committed a crime by asking cause I was made to feel so bad. Months ago I gave them 5 stars. Since then I have to change my rating. Ordered 2 catfish plates and 1 order of pig feet. Friday around 2pm. If that makes a difference in food quality, then bad timing. The pig feet was so salty, couldn't eat them. The catfish was also salty. Since I do/did like them we decided to call to let them know. Come in order 5 to 10 minutes you're out. Great fun, friendly staff and customer services. Limited parking due to the establishment of where located. Suggest customers ask the body shop next door for temp parking no more then 15-20 min. Has a seating dining area and restroom suitable for both male and female, no unisex version. Order the rib sandwich and the catfish platter, always a great feast too eat and enjoy.
