No diet drinks, all the tea was sweet, fries where cold and the box was half empty, a bacon king might need to have bacon on it, the messed up three orders after mine, I watched a customer chat up the "manager" training a new employee after the employee called her out for giving him several free items the manager said "to don't get it, got to help out the brothers, go out back with the rest of the garbage where you belong." Sweet Jesus can this place get any worse. Why are negative stars not an option.
Given the quality of the service and food just close this store down and rent it out to the drug dealers that appear to be it's only draw. We usually go to a different location... wish we had this time too. The food was inedible, the kids toy was broken before we opened the package, and the lady who was working the window was more interested in complaining to her coworker that we even bothered her by coming through. We also seem to have interrupted her...
Read moreI think this is on my Top 10 list of most unprofessional places I've ever been. When I went, there were two or three employees there. After waiting in line a while, I approached the counter and it was a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. They were very busy making Uber Eats orders for drivers that weren't there yet and taking phone orders. It's possible that their priorities have shifted to pickup-style ordering and that they don't care about walk-in customers anymore. But a) know that if you want to go here and b) I don't think it's that sophisticated, it's probably just poorly managed. Anyway, after they took my order, it was probably another 20 minutes before my food was ready, and of course it wasn't what I ordered. I did eventually get what I ordered, but I spent a total of about 45 minutes in here getting my "fast" food. I haven't been...
Read moreThis review is for the Downton Tuscaloosa location. The traffic is down because of the road work. I arrived about 8. The whole 10 minute trip, there was no other customer in store with me or in drive thru that I could see. First red flag, there were at least 8 breakfast sandwiches sitting up there. I should have known then the food would be lukewarm at best. Why are the sandwiches sitting if no customers? Once I got my food, it looked old (cheese that dark yellow color) indicating that they had made it a while earlier. Although I'm sure it doesn't take long for the food the food to get that not so fresh look and taste. The coffee was not hot either. If you were to add too much cream, it would have been absolutely cold. It's a shame because the assistant manager who took my order seemed really nice. It will be a long time before I go back. 2 stars...
