Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Terrible customer service. Came to this Taco Bell location about 10:30pm tonight. Ordered two black bean soft tacos. Asked specifically for six hot sauces due to the fact that I'm eating beans which can be dry on these tacos I paid for. Anywho...this rude lady came to the window and said "no I can give you 4 because you only had two menu items" and closed the window in my face while another employee laughs in the background.

First off, I paid for the dang tacos so if I want six sauces. Whoop dee doo. But the KILLING PART IS. Whoever bagged my food gave me FIVE MILD SAUCES that I didn't even ask for. I would have gladly traded the mild sauce for hot sauce but no one even asked what kind of dang sauce I wanted to begin with. Maybe Taco Bell wouldn't be in such a sauce shortage if you actually asked what kind of sauce the customer wanted instead of giving away the sauce you chose that they will just throw away....

We went inside, ordered on the kiosk. No issue cause that’s how we always do it. A Mexican couple walked in, clearly not knowing how to do the kiosk. Probably couldn’t even speak English. And the guy behind the counter finally brings us our food (it was a very long wait)… looks at the Mexican couple waiting for someone to take their order at the counter and he says, “if you want food, order at the kiosk.” And walks off. Couldn’t even believe what I was seeing/hearing. They turned around and walked out and I don’t blame them one bit. Maybe have some humanity, do your job and take orders at the counter. Won’t be...

This experience was awesome! I saved the ticket to compliment. The food was prepared perfectly. The manager and Dorthy of this shift need promotions. They can make this store the best Taco Bell. This food reminded me of how it use to taste in 90's. I was a cook at Steakout and Wingzone. Steakout did well, but I've seen other cooks at Wingzone take shortcuts and their food reflected.
