KFC — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

I would like to start off by saying I had the most terrible experience that I could ever have had at this facility.

On top of employees not even on time for work or shift change.

I walked in an nobody even acknowledged me for about 35-45 mins

The employees where very rude an loud.

Also when I got my order took I was trying to explain to the cashier that I didn’t want any pickles on the sandwich. Because I have food allergies an one of them are cucumbers an pickles.

After I was trying to inform the cashier about the issue she rolled her eyes an caught an attitude an walked in the office. It was if she tried to make me feel bad for having an allergy.

After the sandwich was remade I asked about the fries being old an why they didn’t make them fresh.

Then the cashier caught another attitude then told me to hold on an give her the fries back an looked an me an said here to another employee an told her she need more fries.

7.I get my food another customer comes in an it’s the same thing for him when he was ready to order.

I finally get my food an the sandwich is very greasy an looks like the chicken was very old.

Worst investment of my life. I will not be coming back here until their are better employees managers an customer service an more neater an fresher food.

Drove up to drive thru in down town tuscaloosa was a truck at drive thru window. I pull up to the microphone and couple other cars pull in behind me. Its about 10 after 3:00 or so, Im waiting for someone to say something after about 4 or so min they say sorry can you please hold a minute I say sure thats fine. After about 5 more minutes cars behind me go around and leave but we patiently wait. After about 10 to 15 min pass a lady says can you hold please again and I say yes again. After about 5 more minutes I tell my 93 year old dad Im leaving in 30 more seconds if know one come to mic.
