An outrageous case of blatant discrimination based on financial status is currently taking place at your establishment.
Despite me being a legitimate holder of a valid basic club card, the staff at the entrance denies me access, demanding immediate payment to upgrade my card level.
These actions by the management of the establishment are unacceptable and humiliating. They deliberately create unequal conditions for guests, dividing them into "first-class" and "second-class" solely based on their income and willingness to pay more. This is a direct humiliation of the human dignity of ordinary people who purchased standard cards and expected their rights to be respected.
This practice is unethical and damages the reputation of your establishment. I demand an end to this discriminatory policy and insist on equal access for all categories...

Been coming here for decades. Since they brought back the chicken caesar salad, I decided to try it out to compare pre/post pandemic versions.
Price: $3.00 more at $6.99. Chicken: shredded rotisserie-style rather than grilled chicken breast. More chicken in new version. Romaine: less salad than older version and soggy/not as fresh. Dressing: same. Cheese: same but not as dry. Croutons: it did not come with any.
I don't think I will buy it again unless they reduce the price. I can get the same for cheaper at the supermarket or make it myself. Date it was made...
