The pizza at this location is as it should be. All Little Caesers basically have the same quality food. With that being said, if any Littlr Caesers wants a good rating, they will need to have better customer service. This store did not have good customer service. It is a very small store. They have signs on their door saying the limit of customers allowed inside at a time is 3. When I arrived, there were 6 people inside. I stood outside waiting for 5 people to exit because I had my son with me. Once I was able to enter, I picked up my mobile order and asked for my sauce from the cashier. As I was doing so another customer entered, making it so there were 4 customers inside now. The employee did not ask the customer to wait outside, as I had done and as the sign on the door asks customers to do. I got highly upset. I told the cashier, "Excuse me, do you know what the sign says on your door?" "UM, yes." "It says there should only be 3 customers inside right?" "Yes?" "So, why is it that when I arrived there were twice more the amount of people inside? And now a 4th person came inside after I waited outside to follow your store policy. Why aren't you doing anything to follow your own store policy?" The cashier didn't say anything. "Well if you aren't going to follow your own signs maybe you should take it off of the window. For example, tonight I waited in line, ordered, they said 15 minutes. I waited in my car for 20 minutes, got back in line as to not bother the cashier Daniella (Nyella or something like that) and I see someone else loading the pizzas and ask. She says hold on, I’m waiting to be helped and everyone in line passes. I asked the cashier and she said you have to wait in line like everyone else. Read more8/15/2024: When we got the pizza, it was stale and wasn't fresh. We had to reheat a lot of the slices in our own toaster oven!
I had to call the manager the next day to try and get it refunded. I wasn't going to pay for something that I wasn't completely satisfied with, why should I do that?! I already don't have a lot of money, that's why I am trying to get cheap but good enough pizza but even that failed.
Plus, the two times that I ordered from here, their 'Hot N' Ready' portal was not working, so I had to pay at the front instead of taking the order from their portal. To this day, I have not been able to take an order on the portal.
