This place has the best ice cream around. You can really taste the difference to others Mexican type ice cream shop. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip! The chocolate chip ice cream is prepared with love and dedication with steps and procedures to get the right texture and explosion in your mouth. The other flavors are awesome but this one really got my taste buds excited.This place always has the ice cream at the right temp not frozen and where you don't feel pressured to hurry before it melts. My favorite are Chocolate Chip, Rocky Road, Vanilla Chongo, Strawberry cream paleta. The nache is really good too just comes with seeds but its really good. For the summer or any hot weather, i recommend a Mangoniada its basically mango ice cream with spicy sour chili powder and syrup. The nachos are really good too I...

TLDR Get their Mangonadas just do it. Get the strawberry one or the mango one you can't go wrong! Popsicles are amazing as well. Real fruit barely any added sugar.

I first found this place at the Chili festival two years ago! It was a disgustingly hot day as it seems all the chili festivals are like and I was looking for Ice cream. Fell in love that day with their mangonadas. Now this is a staple location I go to during the summer with my family for all our popsicle needs. I've spoken with the owner as well as several employees and each have told me that their products are with fresh ingredients with minimal sugar added.

We've tried the coconut, mango, tamarind, watermelon, guava, and strawberry popsicles. All amazing. My favorite is still the strawberry...

What can I say, this place has been a constant for my kids and I so we may be biased, but Paleteria Azteca is AMAZING.

Their Ice Cream is delish, their Mangoneadas are unique and simply a MUST TRY.

Their Esquites, another one that y'all must have! For the uninitiated, think of it like a cup of Mexican-style corn on the cob, only even better because it's more convenient to devour.

The staff is always friendly, the pricing is a steal for how good the treats are.

We drive out of our way, sometimes 15-20 minutes on the way there and about 40 minutes to an hour on the way back depending on traffic for this spot....
