Pressed Juicery — Restaurant in Tustin

I’m a regular customer at Pressed and I always go to this location where is closed to my home. I usually place an order for pickup online because it’s easy, save my time and convenience.

This morning I ordered my drinks for pickup online and After lunch I was there for pickup as I got pickup confirmation e-mail earlier. One of the employees looked up my name and order number but she couldn’t find my name in her system. The other employee called the manager he couldn’t find my order either. I showed my pickup confirmation email with the address and phone number at this location but he didn’t say anything. There might be a system error that they should be aware but NO apologies for the inconvenience or NO thank you at all.

He finally gave me my order but later found that one of my drinks was nearly expired. Picked up on Oct 3rd. The Best By on my drink shows Oct 5th… You might want to check the Best By before purchasing…

I left the store with negative and humiliated feelings that they made me I did something wrong with my order.

I don’t think I would come back to this store for a while. I don’t know if the membership is worth it or not.

I just went to this location and I want to make sure corporate know that some of the employees there make an excuse saying the acai machine doesn't work when they want to close early. I came to this location at 8:20 p.m., again today and again the machine wasn't working. If this keeps happening I will make sure corporate takes care of the problem. This is not a good business look and that goes for every business. If you say your open until a certain time honor the time. I just contacted your customer service manager Zachary and he took care of everything and reached out to the district manager for the Tustin location, so good customer service on the management side. I think Juicing is going to be a thing for me! I have just tried a 3 Half Day Detox Juice Cleanse & it definitely has improved me in various ways.

First & foremost I want to thank the staff & especially to the older gentlemen who took his time to explain to me what the Cleanses were about. Don't get me wrong, the first 2 days were hard but after the first two days I felt like it was easier. The main benefits I obtained were riding me of toxins, helped repress my appetite, & my skin glow. I am going to go back soon for more selective juices for daily intake.
