Must Read STAY AWAY!!!! at first went here for a lunch with a co worker the damn waiter was so rude it was rediculous in the end the waiter changed we got a tall guy I don't know his name but he was a sweet heart and great customer service. I decided to go again today for lunch I call In a lady answerved she told me 10 min. I called in the order ahead waited about 10 min and went to pick up it took me another 8 min to get there. When I get there there was a lady talking to one customer about something personal dId not even egnolage me at all after that I told her I had a pick up it should be ready she came back told me the it wpunt ve ready for another 10 min, I told her I called more than 10 min ago she raised her ugly eyebrow and told me No I spoke to you it was 5 min ago.!!!! are u freaking kidding me !!!! who talked to a customer like that, I let it go 10 min later food come's out in a bag that was fool of gresee on the bottom of it, she handed me napkins to clean it of instead of changing the bag and as I lay the bag down on yhe knot of the bag was freaking hair tied in. I mean come on!!!!!! I will never return to this place it's by far discussing and the lady thinks she's something. whatever she is its and emberasent to that establishment by far. if she is or had to do anthing with the ownership she should be fired like...

Do not waste your money here. There are crumbs on the seats of the booth and all over the floor. To say the food here is mediocre would be pushing it. I ordered the Camarones Ala Diabla. Some of the shrimp were covered in sauce but after eating a couple of them i noticed every single remaining piece wasnt cleaned properly and had fecal matter still in it. See my pics. Whats worse is that when it was brought to the owners attention he got mad. He argued and said that this is normal and shrimp is supposed to have the poop trail in it. He then went on to say he's been serving shrimp this way for 20 years. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. This is the worst spot Ive been to or ever reviewed. How can someone think shrimp thats butterflied and supposed to been cleaned but hasnt is normal and then get mad? The great city of Santa Ana has many spots that are much better than this one. This place is a pretty decent gem in Tustin, considering that most of the other "good" places in the city are Asian cuisines, or those popular American restaurants.

I've come here a couple of times and the place itself is okay. Booth seating because I've never come when it is packed. I've ordered their caldo de res (beef soup), siete mares (seafood soup), and the aguachiles (butterflied raw shrimp cooked in lime juices/chile). And they were all very delicious! The assortment of vegetables in the soups are great (corn, carrots, celery, some kind of melon, onion and cilantro) and makes a perfect lunch dinner on either a cold day or when you are sick.

As for the 4 stars, I think that everything here is great except the owner. Don't get me wrong, he's a decent guy, but he just seems smug and arrogant.
