Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Twentynine Palms

I was trying to use a 50% off coupon and customize The Big Bonanza pizza to just have normal sauce, NOT the BBQ but it wouldn't give me an option to change it on the app. So I called this Papa John's and they said to go ahead and put the order in on the app so I still get the discount, the manager personally took down my name and number and said they would go ahead and take care of the change for me. So grateful! It was a hectic day but this helped! Thanks Papa John's! I subscribed to emails from them and get 50% off coupons like everyday, and whenever I order for delivery they've always delivered before the time I was told, AND when I order carryout, they always have my entire order ready when I get there! (The email does let me know how much time to wait before going to pick it up so I usually wait like 10-15 minutes before I leave my house and I only live literally 2 miles away). Awesome service, awesome...

The staff here is great! This complaint is nothing agents this location. First off I came and visited this location for a vacation at the end of the year before last in 2020 and told the menu was out of date. Let's fast forward to to 2023 I tried placing an online order but the website declined both of my cards. So I go into the store to try and place an order I ask the girl if the menu is updated she tells me no. This is simply a corporate company that doesn't care about it's locations, employees, or customers. This company needs to get it's business in order or let someone else run the company that knows how. Plain and simple this company sets their employees up for failure nor do they care about making it easy for people to place an order through their website. I placed an order today, (after their reopen) 3-25-24. I ordered a 10 piece boneless buffalo wing. The wings had almost no sauce on them, I had to add my own to them because they were so dry. On top of that my 10 piece only had 8 pieces of room temp chicken in it. I also ordered a large pizza. The doe was extremely flat and the crust was as well. The entire pizza ended up being bland and disappointing. I have no idea what happened after they reopened but I will never be going there again which makes me sad because they use to be my top pizza place to order from.
