I usually use 2 benchmarks that tell me a certain place of business is reputable and legit (Education or knowledge/experience) & ( price). This guy clearly has both.

The other day I was between a rock and a hard place. I am an online University student and without my computer I am dead in the water. I inadvertently destroyed my laptop and was in bad need of quick repair. The owner took time out of his schedule while I was there and discovered that the mother board was wiped out. I needed a computer fast. Unfortunately the Owner did not have one I needed that would accept my drive since I have CAD, Qgis, as well as Illustrator and will soon get more design apps. I brought him back a new laptop and he then transferred my Hard drive and Ram from the old one into the new one. When finished he gave me the computer and never charged me. I was low on funds at the time and that really came in handy. I come here because I always get professional service at a very competitive and fair price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIGITAL PARAGON. I drop my phone a lot.. If im not dropping my phone then my toddler is. If your clumsy like me or have spirited children who like to grab things and drop them (like expensive electronics) then Digital Paragon is where you should go to get your phones and other expensive gadgets repaired. James, the owner, does an amazing job with iphones, android phones, samsung phones, game consoles, controllers, remotes, computers and many other electronics. I have an iphone 8+ and the front screen was shattered to were it wouldn't show anything, the back glass was shattered so bad that huge pieces had fallen off. Basically if someone had seen the phone they would have wanted to trash it and get a new one. I don't like throwing things away if they can be repaired though. James is very professional, friendly, and good at what we does. I brought him 2 phones I needed to get repaired. 1 was an iPhone 6 Plus and the other was an iPhone 8. The iPhone 6 just needed a new screen which he replaced in about 30 mins charging me only $65 while other stores I called were quoting me $85-105. The iPhone 8 was a totally different issue. It was boot looping non-stop for hours and when I finally restored it there was no audio coming out the phone. I couldn't play music, make calls, or even put it on speaker. I explained to James the situation with the phone and he told me he'll diagnose it (free of charge btw) and give me an answer by tomorrow. About 45 mins later I get a call from him at which he explained to me the issue and the resolution which only costed me $40. It was ready for pick up in about 10 mins.
