We have been going to B2B Twinsburg for several years. I would consider us to be a regular guest. We typically go there during the week, mostly Tuesday, but then on Wednesday and Thursday as well. Years ago the food and service were great. No complaints. Overall, nice experience. However, we have noticed a very big difference in service quality over the last 5-6 months or so. The last four times we have gone there, we have either had to wait a very long time to be recognized at the hostess desk, to be waited on, to get a drink refilled and especially to get your food out. Typically the responses from the serving staff was, "they were training someone new", "they just got slammed with people", etc. OK- we were patient and let that go. However, it became every time we visited. Then, the last time we went on a Wednesday and ordered wings and the pretzel appetizer. It was about 6:50 or so when we arrived. After ordering our food and app, it was after 8:00pm and we had still not received any food. We were told that they only have 4 fryers and everyone orders wings on "wing Wednesday". Shocker. Apparently the pretzel is also fried and also could not get out to us. After being reassured several times that the "manager" would be getting us the appetizer, we did not have any communication and after over an hour of waiting for our food....we walked out. We have not been back since. My guess is that management does not want to see regular patrons ceasing to visit their restaurant however, the restaurant needs to make very big updates and changes to accommodate or they will only be seeing visitors from the Hilton Garden Inn...
Read moreVisited at 5pm on a Friday. Very nice place. Sports bar type restaurant. Service was just ok. Had a Phili cheese steak with a side of truffle fries. Meat was kind of chewy and had a strange texture. The fries were delicious. My wife had a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries which she said was very good. I had one 16oz. beer on tap and she had an iced tea. Server brought us the wrong bill and I couldn't flag him down for five minutes to get the correct one. Total was $56 before tax and tip which I thought was a little pricey. Both our meals were $16 each. We might try it again some other time.
Follow up review: Went back to give them another chance after an average visit the previous week. Went just before noon on Saturday. NO IMPROVEMENT! This time I decided to try a burger since they are "Burgers to beer". Got a bacon burger with onion rings. Both burger and onion rings came out warm, not hot. Burger seemed dry and the onion rings were nothing to write home about. My wife got a chicken avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries. She said the sandwich was good but fries were coated with seasoning when she has asked for no seasoning. The service was just as before...so-so. They seemed to me to be under staffed but that's no reason not to at least ask how things are when you're walking past the table. Never even asked for drink refills. $48 for 2 people - expensive. Sorry Mr. Manager but you didn't WOW me the second time either. Won't be back...
Read moreFood is great, from out of town but a guy answered the phone to take my order and had a massive attitude and acted like this was the last thing he wanted to do. Went to get my food and told someone there that whoever answered the phone had an attitude the entire time taking my order and my order was wrong. She then went to the bartender to tell them what I said and he came over to ask me what's going on I told him my order is wrong and the guy on phone had an attitude. Bartender then proceeded to guilt trip me that the guy that was on the phone was on the spectrum and to not bad mouth him. I said that I didn't say anything insulting and made a general statement since I don't know the back story of the situation. No excuse for bad service over the phone and if that's the case then someone else should be answering the phone. I am happy they gave me 50% off the meal but did not approve of the way he tried to guilt trip me and basically tell me to shut up when I can't see through the phone and don't know...
