Sweet Fire Tobacco — Local services in Two Rivers

I have shopped the Two Rivers location 4 times this year. In June I noticed they charged 5.5% tax. Manitowoc County is only a 5% county. I have contacted the store, the corperate office and the store said well don't shop here. The are not concerned with customer service or over taxing their patrons. I recomend all who shop there to check the reciepts. This post would not of had to happen if they corrected the tax issue when first notified! So I've got a 20 year history of occasional ecig use. Yes, back to 2004. I am finally quitting smoking 🚭. I spoke with Sasha on the phone 📱 prior to visiting the shop. Explained my needs, Sasha was very helpful and ready for my arrival. Perfect communication, super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I was at this store today and purchased $75 dollars worth of items and one of the items I bought was not in it's package. So this one item I spent $35 dollars on I got an empty box. I didn't realize this because it was behind their show case and didn't touch my hands until I got home.
